As a key member of the North America Sales Operations team, your analytical skills and insights will optimize our supply and ensure on-time fulfillment for our customers. This position reports to the Sr. Manager Sales Operations based in Irvine, CA, supporting category-defining brands including Fox Racing, Bell Helmets, CamelBak, and Giro Sport Design. In Sales Operations, You Will Have An Opportunity To Partner with Service Leaders to manage sales order allocation & fulfillment rules to optimize fulfillment for key customers Act as the primary business interface between Sales Operations (Dealer Service and Customer Service) and Adventure Sports distribution centers (i.e. Stockton, Calgary, Rantoul, Singapore); report DIFOT (Delivery In Full On Time) and Distribution SLA Performance KPIs weekly Manage automated Allocation and Delivery creation jobs in ERPs and partner with IT on job scheduling and optimization; maintain customer master and sales order allocation priority logic Manage backorder rescheduling jobs and logic to ensure sales order promise date accuracy Support weekly "Rev Up" processes for North America Strategic Accounts and Field Sales to translate supply and demand signals into weekly financial forecast updates Provide weekly outbound delivery forecasts (Units/$) to help our distribution centers plan short term and long-term labor requirements; alert the leadership team to shipping delays and processing expectations Collaborate with Supply Planning teams to ensure all demand is covered by vendor purchase orders; closely monitor all direct import and cross-dock purchase orders to ensure on time delivery and timely invoicing according to revenue recognition guidelines Partner with Supply Chain & Logistics teams to monitor inbound supply and report vendor purchase order delays which may impact customer satisfaction; generate weekly revenue impact assessments due to supply chain performance Perform regular material master and purchase requisition maintenance audits; partner with Dealer Service to maintain "dropped" and "oversold" items after each buy to communicate with customers Build strong relationships with Merchandising and Marketing teams to understand product release strategy to time the appropriate launch of products with our go-to-market strategy, particularly focused on Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Limited Edition products Collaborate with global Supply Chain teams to manage quality process and alert Dealer Service and Customer Service teams of issues impacting supply availability Coordinate stock transfer request approvals between virtual stock categories and distribution centers as necessary Monitor sync of products between WMS with ERP and partner with supply chain and distribution teams to properly adjust stock when necessary Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide exceptional support to surprise and delight our customers with every engagement Other duties and administrative tasks as required You Have A minimum of 4-6 years experience in Allocation & Fulfillment, Sales Operations, Vendor Management, Supply Chain, or similar operations experience is required Computer proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook with strong interpersonal skills required SAP Allocation and Delivery Expertise Required You Might Have Power BI Report Development Experience SAP BW/Analytics Oracle Experience SalesForce CRM Pay Range Annual Salary: $90, $11,000.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
