Job Description: • Work towards overall revenue performance for the assigned territory and ensure achievement of regional sales goals • Help develop and execute strategic territory plans aligned with company objectives • Analyze sales data, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify growth opportunities • Collaborate with key and strategic accounts while supporting broader account coverage across the region • Travel throughout the region to call on golf courses, retailers, fitting centers, academies, colleges, and partners • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and influencers • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions • Represent Revelyst Golf Technology at trade shows, demo days, tournaments, and regional events as needed • Serve as a regional liaison between sales, marketing, operations, other regional sales and leadership teams • Provide actionable market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback • Ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across the territory • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools • Ensure compliance with pricing policies, contractual terms, and company standards • Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior leadership • Analyze regional market dynamics, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities • Recommend strategic adjustments to strengthen market position Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in outside sales or territory management • Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing sales representatives preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage complex sales cycles • Comfortable with frequent regional travel, including overnight stays • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a vehicle safely • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools Benefits: • medical and dental • vision • disability and life insurance • 401K • PTO • paid holidays • gear discounts
