Maintain appropriate records of actions. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will: * Verify payments for different regions and clients by signing into multiple hospital systems. If the bills aren't paid correctly, you will determine follow up steps and resubmit bills for additional payment. You will partner with our business and engineering teams to deliver leading technology that supports our revenue integrity business unit. Duties include analyzing data to find opportunities, developing a roadmap, delivering outcomes, and presenting to senior leaders.    Delivering Outcomes  * Own initiatives and drive updates directly, not group management.  * Independent research and documentation of business problems.  * Problem-solving to bring forward the best solutions and documentation.  * Use data to frame problems and solutions, and guide decisions/outcomes.  * Demonstrate expertise of customers, data, business, and industry to deliver differentiated initiatives.  * Calculate the estimated value of a project, and use it to prioritize projects in your backlog.  * Create and maintain a roadmap with success KPIs and identified value delivery.  * Deliver on annual KPI and financial targets.    Product Design  * Translate user and stakeholder needs into functional requirements   * Partner with stakeholders across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.  * Collaborate with users to understand and anticipate their needs.  * Prioritize and maintain the backlog for assigned products, based on changing requirements and in line with the organization's vision and goals.  * Understand and collaborate on technical design and approach.    Team Collaboration  * Act as a liaison with stakeholders to communicate solution design, backlog, and trade-offs that need to be made.  * Provide an active role in mitigating impediments to impact successful team completion of a release.  * Communicate effectively with team members to achieve product goals and provide constant feedback.    You’ll Be Successful If You Have  * 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager.  * 5+ years of experience as an Expert/Consultant.  * A strong educational background, demonstrating an ability to learn and adapt to new solutions quickly.  * Experience with and a strong understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle.  * Analytical with strong SQL skills and the ability to use SQL to pull and analyze data.  * The ability to work with cross-functional teams productively is required. You will act as a technical lead in identifying, resolving, and preventing production issues, and play a key role in shaping our support operations through automation, monitoring, and process improvement. This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, operational discipline, and cross-functional communication. You’ll also mentor junior team members and contribute to engineering excellence and a strong DevOps culture. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Lead the investigation and resolution of complex and high-impact production incidents. * Serve as the escalation point for production support engineers and coordinate cross-team collaboration during outages. * Analyze system performance and identify areas of improvement in application reliability, scalability, and observability. * Drive the development and implementation of monitoring, alerting, and self-healing capabilities for our systems. * Build automation tools to streamline incident response, environment validation, and root cause analysis. * Own post-incident reviews (PIRs), ensure timely documentation, and work with dev teams to address systemic issues. * Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other production support and engineering team members. * Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and product managers to improve deployment and support processes. * Participate in on-call rotations and improve incident response readiness and tooling. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. * 5+ years of experience in a production support, site reliability engineering (SRE), or DevOps role. * Deep expertise in C# and .NET technologies; able to debug production code and logs effectively. * Strong database experience including complex T-SQL queries, performance tuning, and SQL Server internals. * Advanced experience with Azure services, particularly around app hosting, monitoring, logging, and databases. * Demonstrated ability to lead incident response efforts and work under pressure. * Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) to automate tasks and build operational tools. * Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to drive conversations with engineering and business stakeholders. * Experience with Azure Application Insights, Log Analytics, or other observability platforms. * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar. * Knowledge of ITIL or SRE principles, and experience establishing support SLAs and metrics. * Experience working in highly regulated or mission-critical environments.
