As part of our team,you'llbe rewarded with: • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits from the start of your employment • 12 paid holidays and flexible paid time off • 401(k) contributions • Employee Resource Groups that build community • Career growth opportunities • An excellent work/life balance Location:Remote - USA Territory: Mid Atlantic As a VP Business Development, you will: • Establish relationships with assigned clients to become a trusted advisor and thought partner not only on Revenue Cycle outlooks but also opportunities for clients to maximize earned reimbursements • Establish and grow relationships with Revenue Cycle executives within assigned territory • Advise clients of ongoing healthcare trends, vendor consolidation updates, health system M&A activity, and other applicable Revenue Cycle news • Collect and analyze data pertinent to industry behaviors to positively impact Revecore and the clients' needs • Use key business insights to elevate customer/prospect priorities and advance conversation to action • Develop prospects with specific selling strategies unique to each by understanding their current roadblocks, providing competitor intelligence (differentiators, benefits, offerings, etc.), considering client budget timelines, and outlining pathways to solution adoption across all Revecore service lines • Generate new revenue with the acquisition of new clients through cold calling, referrals, inbound leads and events, to achieve sales targets with disciplined pipeline and forecast management • Create a business strategy for penetrating new client targets and new target markets leveraging a hunter mentality and your proven ability to obtain new accounts inside established territories • Prepare quarterly business reviews and effectively community the path to quota achievement • Travel to prospective clients and relevant healthcare conferences in the assigned territory, representing and presenting the organization's services • Create/participate in thought leadership for the organization • Contribute to the creation of appropriate sales materials including pitch decks, proposals and contracts • Work independently and be a self-starter to effectively engage and present all solutions at the C-Level of decision-makers within target organizations • Communicate and collaborate effectively with all team members • Other duties as required of the Direct Sales organization and adherence to all Company policies You will be successfulif you have: • A minimum of 10 years in sales with 6 years in healthcare sales, services sales preferred • A firm understanding of healthcare Revenue Cycle management from both a front-end and back-end point of view including understanding of the Revecore service offerings, key benefits and best practices • Strong relationships within the industry - particularly with CFO's, VP's of Revenue Cycle and Directors of PFS with hospitals and health systems of larger size (i.e. 300+ beds and/or Gross Patient Revenue in excess of $1B) • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding expected sales quotas • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to deliver engaging and compelling presentations. You will act as a technical lead in identifying, resolving, and preventing production issues, and play a key role in shaping our support operations through automation, monitoring, and process improvement. This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, operational discipline, and cross-functional communication. You’ll also mentor junior team members and contribute to engineering excellence and a strong DevOps culture. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Lead the investigation and resolution of complex and high-impact production incidents. * Serve as the escalation point for production support engineers and coordinate cross-team collaboration during outages. * Analyze system performance and identify areas of improvement in application reliability, scalability, and observability. * Drive the development and implementation of monitoring, alerting, and self-healing capabilities for our systems. * Build automation tools to streamline incident response, environment validation, and root cause analysis. * Own post-incident reviews (PIRs), ensure timely documentation, and work with dev teams to address systemic issues. * Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other production support and engineering team members. * Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and product managers to improve deployment and support processes. * Participate in on-call rotations and improve incident response readiness and tooling. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. * 5+ years of experience in a production support, site reliability engineering (SRE), or DevOps role. * Deep expertise in C# and .NET technologies; able to debug production code and logs effectively. * Strong database experience including complex T-SQL queries, performance tuning, and SQL Server internals. * Advanced experience with Azure services, particularly around app hosting, monitoring, logging, and databases. * Demonstrated ability to lead incident response efforts and work under pressure. * Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) to automate tasks and build operational tools. * Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to drive conversations with engineering and business stakeholders. * Experience with Azure Application Insights, Log Analytics, or other observability platforms. * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar. * Knowledge of ITIL or SRE principles, and experience establishing support SLAs and metrics. * Experience working in highly regulated or mission-critical environments.
