Reporting directly to the AWS Architect, this mid-senior role is central to the execution of our cloud infrastructure strategy. You will design and maintain scalable, secure AWS environments through Infrastructure as Code (IaC), drive DevOps automation across the full software delivery lifecycle, build serverless and cloud-native architectures, and contribute hands-on to cloud migration initiatives.  This role goes beyond day-to-day operations – you will contribute to architectural decisions, champion IaC best practices, and operate with a high degree of autonomy while working closely with the AWS Architect on platform direction. It is led by instructors and incorporates interactive discussions and hands-on activities to accommodate diverse learning preferences.   Your Day: You will be busy investigating and researching health insurance claims, following up on unresolved claims to facilitate payment of claims for commercial health, Medicare, and Medicaid, ensuring maximized payments to our clients (medical providers). While today’s platform is primarily hosted in Azure, the engineer will also play a critical role in expanding our presence in AWS, ensuring consistency and best practices across both cloud environments. The ideal candidate has deep cloud expertise, strong automation skills, and experience working in environments built on .NET, SQL Server, and modern cloud services. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure in Azure and AWS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation). * Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild, enabling reliable deployments for .NET, SQL Server, Angular, and cloud-native services. * Automate operational tasks including provisioning, scaling, patching, and environment validation across both Azure and AWS. * Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, AWS CloudWatch, and ELK/Prometheus/Grafana. * Collaborate with development teams to design applications for scalability, resiliency, and security across cloud providers. * Integrate database operations (SQL Server/T-SQL, RDS, DynamoDB) into CI/CD and automated maintenance pipelines. * Drive improvements in infrastructure security, including IAM roles/policies, compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC2), and secure networking in multi-cloud environments. * Lead incident response and root cause analysis for cloud and deployment-related issues across both platforms. * Mentor engineers on DevOps tools, practices, and cloud technologies, with emphasis on multi-cloud strategy. Minimum Qualifications * 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles. * Proven expertise with Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL, AKS, networking) and strong working knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC). * Experience designing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and exposure to AWS native CI/CD services. * Proficiency with scripting/programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash. * Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, EKS). * Solid understanding of networking, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing in cloud environments. * Database familiarity, particularly SQL Server/T-SQL and AWS RDS, with ability to automate deployment and maintenance. * Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; able to lead incident response. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate across teams. As a Billing and Coding Specialist -- Outpatient, you will: * Support internal and external customers by providing accurate and timely responses to coding and billing questions. * Perform retrospective coding and billing reviews on outpatient hospital claims and assistance with outpatient claims. * Provide correction recommendations to internal associates or clients, and support recommendations with rationale that may include coding guidelines, industry standard billing guidelines, or payer specific guidelines. * Research and stay current on industry changes with regards to coding guidelines and payer specific billing guidelines for commercial and government payers * Comprehend payment methodologies and how they apply to billing and coding scenarios. * Build strong, lasting relationships with Revecore personnel. * Attend department and company meetings as required. * Comply with federal and state laws, company and department policies and procedures. * Assist with other related responsibilities to meet the needs of the business. * Perform other duties as assigned.   You will be successful if you have: * AAPC or AHIMA Coding certification required, with 1+ years hospital coding/ auditing experience i.e., CPC, COC, CIC, CCS-P, CCS * Understanding of Managed Care, Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement guidelines * Understanding of inpatient and outpatient hospital reimbursement methodologies. * Mathematical skills sufficient to apply the concepts of claim payment methodologies. * Ability to read and interpret an extensive variety of documents such as claims, instructions, policies and procedures in written (in English) and diagram form. * Ability to present ideas on complex, detailed issues with ease. * Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. * Strong team player, with willingness to adapt to changing priorities. * Commitment to company values. You will act as a technical lead in identifying, resolving, and preventing production issues, and play a key role in shaping our support operations through automation, monitoring, and process improvement. This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, operational discipline, and cross-functional communication. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Lead the investigation and resolution of complex and high-impact production incidents. * Serve as the escalation point for production support engineers and coordinate cross-team collaboration during outages. * Analyze system performance and identify areas of improvement in application reliability, scalability, and observability. * Drive the development and implementation of monitoring, alerting, and self-healing capabilities for our systems. * Build automation tools to streamline incident response, environment validation, and root cause analysis. * Own post-incident reviews (PIRs), ensure timely documentation, and work with dev teams to address systemic issues. * Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other production support and engineering team members. * Collaborate with developers, QA, DevOps, and product managers to improve deployment and support processes. * Participate in on-call rotations and improve incident response readiness and tooling. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. * 5+ years of experience in a production support, site reliability engineering (SRE), or DevOps role. * Deep expertise in C# and .NET technologies; able to debug production code and logs effectively. * Strong database experience including complex T-SQL queries, performance tuning, and SQL Server internals. * Advanced experience with Azure services, particularly around app hosting, monitoring, logging, and databases. * Demonstrated ability to lead incident response efforts and work under pressure. * Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) to automate tasks and build operational tools. * Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to drive conversations with engineering and business stakeholders. * Experience with Azure Application Insights, Log Analytics, or other observability platforms. * Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar. * Knowledge of ITIL or SRE principles, and experience establishing support SLAs and metrics. * Experience working in highly regulated or mission-critical environments.
