Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy Define, communicate, and execute the manufacturing strategy in alignment with overall company objectives. Lead and develop a multi-level production organization through line supervisors and production leadership. Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, safety, and quality. Serve as a key operations leader, contributing to long-range planning, capacity planning, and capital investment decisions. Production Operations Direct daily production activities through line supervisors to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. Translate customer demand and production plans into executable schedules, priorities, and resource plans. Partner with the Master Scheduler to proactively manage capacity, constraints, and schedule changes. Oversee workstation utilization, production flow, staffing models, overtime, and shift structures to maximize efficiency and throughput. Ensure effective coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, and lower cost. Establish and maintain standardized work, process documentation, and best practices consistent with company policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement; take corrective action as needed. Champion data-driven decision-making across the production organization. Quality, Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with FDA/GMP, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory and quality system requirements. Partner with Quality to design, implement, and sustain quality awareness and continuous improvement programs. Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety policies and drive proactive risk mitigation. Support audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive action initiatives. Talent Management & Development Assess and forecast staffing needs; engages in the hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and succession planning for production personnel. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and address performance or conduct issues in accordance with company policies. Build leadership capability within the production team to support scalability and business growth. Ensure accurate timekeeping and labor reporting for production personnel. Financial & Business Management Develop, manage, and control departmental budgets, forecasts, and labor costs. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement while maintaining quality and delivery performance. Support business cases for capital expenditures, equipment upgrades, and capacity expansion. Required Qualifications Experience Minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience. At least 7 years in a production or operations management role with direct leadership responsibility. Proven experience leading teams through change, growth, or operational transformation. Demonstrated experience working within FDA/GMP and/or ISO 13485 regulated manufacturing environments. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage complex production environments and competing priorities. Experience driving Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience with laser workstation setup and operation. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Experience scaling operations in a high-mix, regulated manufacturing environment. Physical Demands Ability to work extended hours and provide hands-on leadership support in a 24/7 manufacturing environment when required. Ability to spend considerable time on the production floor. Compensation The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $118,000-$171,000. Oversee site quality, manage audits, develop and maintain QMS, lead continuous improvement activities, and ensure regulatory compliance. | Minimum 8 years in a quality role within medical device or similar manufacturing, management experience, technical writing skills, and familiarity with statistical software. | Overview The Senior Quality Manager is the leader responsible for all aspects of site quality including quality management system, product quality, customer complaints, new product introduction, and external quality audits (customer and regulatory) for two Resonetics locations contract manufacturing medical device components. The Senior Quality Manager is responsible for providing ongoing leadership and direction around its quality management activities, product quality, process controls and equipment that meet customer and regulatory requirements. The Senior Quality Manager uses Quality Engineering techniques including: Problem solving using Lean Six Sigma methodology, Process Validations, Process Development and optimization, Gage R&R, and reducing dependence on inspection. The leader is also responsible for ISO compliance. The Senior Quality Manager works with Resonetics corporate quality to establish and implement quality objectives, best practices, procedures, and report on quality metrics. Responsibilities Liaise with customer quality personnel to resolve issues and Customer Complaints. Hosting customer and regulatory QMS audits � Conduct management review. Maintain the QMS as required per Corporate Procedures. Monitor and disseminate customer quality report cards. Oversee and develop validation protocols and reports supporting NPI. Generate Customer Change Notices Assist with troubleshooting of production and PDP processes. Lead development of metrology equipment Develop PFMEA's Lead corrective action and continuous improvement activities. Resolve Corrective and Preventive Actions in a timely manner. Maintain employee training. Approve nonconforming material disposition. Analyze production and validation data. Working on continual improvement and process assessment projects as assigned. Manage and develop quality engineers, technicians, inspectors, and specialists on site. Ensure corporate procedures are implemented as required. Ensure all regulatory, ISO and customer requirements are maintained as required. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality leadership role with management responsibility within a medical device manufacturer or contract manufacturer. Minimum 8 years of experience in a Quality role for a medical device manufacturer, contract manufacturer, or equivalent engineering experience. Demonstrated technical writing and communication skills. Working knowledge of statistical software and/or Minitab. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Prior management experience. Prior experience hosting external quality audits (ISO/customer) Preferred Qualifications CMQOE, CQE and/or Six Sigma Green or Black belt BS degree; Physics, Optics, Mechanical, Chemical, Plastics preferred. Physical Demands Presence at both Resonetics locations required. Other travel up to 10% may be required. The Sr. Supply Chain Manager manages the development and creation of production planning, procurement, inventory management and logistics requirements and best practices. Oversee engineering change orders (ECOs), material obsolescence, and end-of-life situations for purchased materials in collaboration with the buyer team. Act as a liaison between local operations, sourcing, and planning to drive lead time reductions and cost-effective improvements. Lead and participate in business-wide projects impacting supply chain processes, including ERP improvements, process optimization and risk management. Ensure data integrity for item attributes and maintain accurate records in the ERP system. Leverage ERP and supply chain management systems to streamline planning, procurement, and logistics functions. Proactively drive towards "Best in Class" Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. 8+ years of operations planning or central supply chain experience required. Proficient in ERP systems (experience with Epicor/QAD preferred). Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Supply chain management system experience. Preferred Qualifications APICS certification is desired Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle complex projects under pressure. Effective risk and constraint management skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Physical Demands Ability and willingness to travel, including internationally. Heavy travel expected.
