Drives a cross-regional sales team and internal employees to penetrate key accounts and aggressively expand relationships with national distributor accounts. Gathers detailed information about accounts, identifies decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities, significant accounts which may span multiple Regal businesses or geographies and leads team in analyzing information and prioritizing opportunities critical to success. Works daily with CRM to input and analyze activities across national accounts. Utilizes CRM dashboards on a daily basis to help communicate progress against established objectives. Promotes and helps lead CRM and Documented Cost Savings and uses processes to communicate Regal value propositions to national accounts. Ensures professional sales coordination and account planning and resolves any account ownership issues as it pertains to national accounts. This position requires up to 50% travel. This candidate must live in Wisconsin. Specific Responsibilities Include: Responsible for all customer locations (direct and indirect customers) in a defined geographic territory, with emphasis on developing new OEM/machine builder accounts Drive specification on new designs and share gain on existing designs at customer accounts. An essential function of this job is to travel up to 50% of the time. Collaborates with Distributor Commercial team when jointly pursuing end customer business. Collaborates successfully in a team selling environment with Customer Service, Application Engineering, Product Line Managers, Manufacturing Engineering and other team members as needed. Influence purchasing decisions at multiple organizational levels Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives at accounts within area of responsibility. Execute the following disciplined selling processes to attain quota: 1) Purposeful account planning, 2) Time and territory management, and 3) Funnel opportunity management/CRM proficiency Educate OEM’s and distributors (when appropriate) on differentiation and value of Kollmorgen Products. Ability to guide customers to a customized solution when a standard off-the-shelf product does not meet their needs As a trusted technical advisor, establish productive, professional relationships with key distributor personnel conducive to collaborative selling at indirect accounts. Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis through QBR process Maximize new business and marketing opportunities. Be technically competent in the knowledge and application of Kollmorgen products in served markets. Engage proficient technical support as required. Develop and maintain a Key Account Management Plan (KAMP) for each strategically important account and utilize CRM to coordinate tactical actions and manage opportunities Prompt customer stakeholder groups to explore ideas and concerns while serving as the educated facilitator helping guide to a solution. Compensation Details: $105,000 - $125,000 + 40% SICP The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. This role will be responsible for designing and executing a modern learning strategy that empowers associates, strengthens leadership capabilities, and drives measurable business outcomes across the organization built on our Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS). As a senior leader within the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS) enterprise team, you will lead the modernization and scaling of training programs aligned with Regal Rexnord’s Continuous Improvement (CI) principles and leadership competencies. This includes optimizing content, enhancing learning platforms, and ensuring consistent deployment across global teams. Key Responsibilities: • Define, Build, and Drive Strategy: Develop and lead the enterprise learning and enablement strategy for RBS, ensuring alignment with RRX CI principles and leadership competency models. • Modernize Content and Build New: Overhaul and optimize existing RBS training content to enhance instructional effectiveness and business impact. Build new content to cover gaps in learning or delivery in alignment with our strategy. • Enterprise Deployment: Ensure consistent and scalable deployment of RBS learning content across all business units in collaboration with the VPs RBS. • Data-Driven Improvement: Establish KPIs and leverage data analytics to continuously improve learning effectiveness and demonstrate ROI and CI maturity. • Platform Innovation: Enhance learning platforms and integrate automation to streamline delivery and improve learner experience. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree Required, Advanced Degree Preferred • 10+ years of experience in continuous improvement or learning and organizational development, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role. • Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide learning strategies and enablement programs that deliver measurable business results. • Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of executing complex, cross-functional initiatives. • Proven change management approach and expertise to drive successful and sustainable transformation at all levels of the organization. • Deep expertise in Lean/CI methodologies, with experience in both manufacturing and non-manufacturing environments as a practitioner and leader. • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Travel: ~25-50% travel if remote Annual Base Compensation: $155,200 - $241,800 The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States.
