The effort delivers 24/7 situational awareness through the monitoring, analysis, synthesis, and dissemination of operational, intelligence, and incident-related information impacting federally protected facilities nationwide. Contractor support includes producing executive-level briefings, daily and emergent reports, geospatial and data-driven products, and coordinating information flow across the regions, DHS components, and interagency partners. The program operates in both classified and unclassified environments and is designed to support steady-state operations, special events, emergencies, and incident response, ensuring the customer leadership has timely, accurate, and actionable information to support mission-critical decision-making. Responsibilities: Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation Develop training programs and implement training modules for Senior and Junior Watch officers and data analysts Identify and administer formal and ad hoc training sessions, exercise, and evaluations Responsible for the quality of deliverables provided and performance of contract watch standers Manage, watch functions, processes, and information flow Maintain situational awareness of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) related events, incidents, and threats. Prioritizes tasks and efforts and coordinates information gathering and reporting with other elements Conducts training for all watch personnel and shifts to ensure compliance with production and watch activity guidelines Assure and control production and service quality as related to communications, information transmission, and data/information presentation Requirements: An Intermediate Project Manager/Watch Analyst will have 12 years of experience in operation centers, emergency management, dispatch, first responder (law enforcement/fire/rescue) or related work with 8 of the 12 years in Management All duties performed under this position are done so independently Minimum requirement of a BA/BS Active secret clearance is must Preferred Qualifications: A Program/Project Manager certification is desired for this position.

Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud services, security, automation, and lead junior staff. | 5+ years leading enterprise IT systems administration with expertise in PowerShell, Azure, VMware, scripting, Terraform, and active security clearance. | Job Title: Senior Systems Administrator Location: Remote (Need someone local to DMV area) Summary: The Senior Systems Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the NCUA's IT infrastructure, ensuring the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of all systems. This role includes overseeing the deployment, configuration, and support of various systems, including servers, applications, and associated technologies. The Senior Systems Administrator will collaborate with other IT teams to support various projects and initiatives, provide technical expertise and ensure that IT systems are effectively integrated into the organization's strategic objectives. Responsibilities: • Managing, maintaining, and coordinating NCUA's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications. • Overseeing the deployment, configuration, and support of IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security leveraging vSphere, Cloud Service Providers, appliances, and other technologies. • Managing Microsoft Servers and Azure Cloud Services across multiple availability zones and physical locations. • Performing regular updates, backups, and troubleshooting to maintain system integrity and availability. • Delivering unified role-based access across NCUA's IT services. • Collaborating with other IT teams to support various projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise. • Developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. • Participating in security and compliance assessments and audits. • Continuously researching and evaluating new technologies and trends to recommend improvements and innovations. • Providing technical leadership and guidance to junior staff, helping to develop their skills and knowledge. • Ensuring the IT infrastructure is scalable, secure, and efficient, supporting both current and future needs. • Developing and maintaining documentation for system configurations and procedures. • Implementing and managing security measures to protect the IT infrastructure. • Monitoring system performance and addressing any issues that arise. • Leading PIOps' IaC automation development. • Participating in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure system resilience. • Act as a consultant to the organization by continuously researching and studying the latest trends and issues. • Managing and maintaining M365 Conditional Access Policies Requirements: • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience. • Need someone with active clearance • A minimum of five (5) years of experience leading IT systems administration, including experience leading or overseeing enterprise-level infrastructure. • Demonstrated expertise in the following tools and technologies: • PowerShell (e.g., MS Windows Server, Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies). • Windows Task Manager (e.g., Cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform). • JavaScript (e.g., scripting and automation tools). • Terraforms (e.g., diagnosing and resolving complex system and network issues) • Azure DevOps • Azure DevSecOps • Preferred certifications include: • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator • CompTIA Network+ • VMware Certified Professional
