Job Title: Intermediate Project Manager/Watch Analyst (PM) Location: 6315 Bren Mar Drive, Alexandria, VA 22312 Summary: This program supports services by providing continuous watch, briefing, and analytical support for the customers Operations Center and Incident Management System. The effort delivers 24/7 situational awareness through the monitoring, analysis, synthesis, and dissemination of operational, intelligence, and incident-related information impacting federally protected facilities nationwide. Contractor support includes producing executive-level briefings, daily and emergent reports, geospatial and data-driven products, and coordinating information flow across the regions, DHS components, and interagency partners. The program operates in both classified and unclassified environments and is designed to support steady-state operations, special events, emergencies, and incident response, ensuring the customer leadership has timely, accurate, and actionable information to support mission-critical decision-making. Responsibilities: Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions Collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation Develop training programs and implement training modules for Senior and Junior Watch officers and data analysts Identify and administer formal and ad hoc training sessions, exercise, and evaluations Responsible for the quality of deliverables provided and performance of contract watch standers Manage, watch functions, processes, and information flow Maintain situational awareness of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) related events, incidents, and threats. Prioritizes tasks and efforts and coordinates information gathering and reporting with other elements Conducts training for all watch personnel and shifts to ensure compliance with production and watch activity guidelines Assure and control production and service quality as related to communications, information transmission, and data/information presentation Requirements: An Intermediate Project Manager/Watch Analyst will have 12 years of experience in operation centers, emergency management, dispatch, first responder (law enforcement/fire/rescue) or related work with 8 of the 12 years in Management All duties performed under this position are done so independently Minimum requirement of a BA/BS Active secret clearance is must Preferred Qualifications: A Program/Project Manager certification is desired for this position.
