Manage day-to-day contract performance and serve as primary stakeholder contact for national projects. | Experience in professional and administrative support for national-scale projects with risk communication in federal contractor environments. | Position Title: Program Manager / Coordinator Location: Remote with 10% travel to clients HQ in DC This position is contingent upon contract award. ​​​​​​​ Overview: The Program Manager/Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day performance of the work under this contract. This individual, along with a designated alternate, will have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor on all matters relating to daily contract operations. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and program management, requiring the ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable initiatives while ensuring disciplined execution and accountability across projects. The Marketing Manager will lead cross-functional collaboration, align internal and external stakeholders, and champion organizational excellence throughout every phase of the marketing lifecycle. Strong strategic thinking, project and program management expertise, and exceptional communication skills are essential to success in this role. Key Responsibilities Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing coaching, clear direction, and accountability frameworks that drive consistent execution.
