Own and lead a high-volume manufacturing plant focusing on safety, quality, and operational excellence. | Senior leadership experience in manufacturing, proven ability to develop leaders, and strong operational discipline. | Role Overview This is a senior plant leadership role responsible for end-to-end ownership of a high-volume manufacturing operation. The plant is stable, well-run, and operating with strong momentum — this is not a turnaround. The leader in this role will have real autonomy to run the operation, develop leaders, and continue strengthening a people-first, accountability-driven culture within a structuredructured and well-resourced organization.
