Reporting to the RD Director, Training & Development, this role serves as the crucial link between the T&D team, the Director T&D and our stakeholders by providing outstanding internal customer service and operational support and ensures the successful planning, execution, and reporting of all training programs. Key responsibilities include managing training program logistics (scheduling), developing detailed reporting, and implementing process improvements and automation to enhance team efficiency. Maintain and manage key assets such as Calendar Shell Templates, Leadership Communication Templates, and Post Session Summary Templates. • Administer key T&D processes including New Hire Process Management and Internal Team Onboarding Support. • Analyze KPIs and data to draw conclusions and provide recommendations. • Oversee all program tracking and auditing • Generate and communicate regular performance reports • Consistently review processes and procedures for opportunities to optimize and evolve • Drive operational efficiency through the management of SOP Creation & Management and the automation of administrative tasks (e.g., using Appscript/Gems). Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate's total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s).
