Their platform is already used at significant scale across the US, with strong growth, major enterprise adoption, and backing from some of the top investors in technology. They’re now hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join one of the company’s fastest-growing AI product teams in San Francisco. What you’ll be working on You’ll help build a real-time, AI-powered product used daily by professionals in high-impact environments. The work spans frontend, backend, integrations, and infrastructure — from live audio/data processing through to highly responsive user experiences and complex system integrations. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving engineering environment where product velocity and user impact matter. What you’ll do - Build and scale full stack applications across web and mobile-adjacent systems - Design backend services, APIs, and integrations for AI-powered workflows - Work closely with product and design teams to ship features quickly - Contribute to architecture decisions, performance improvements, and reliability - Help establish engineering best practices around testing, deployment, and scalability - Mentor engineers and contribute to technical direction across the team - Work directly with end users to understand workflows and improve product experience What they’re looking for - Strong full stack engineering experience in production environments - Experience across modern frontend + backend systems - Comfortable moving across the stack and owning features end-to-end - Strong product mindset and ability to balance speed with quality - Experience building scalable, user-facing applications - Strong communication and collaboration skills Tech stack includes TypeScript, React, Python, Go, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI tooling.
