Senior Full Stack Engineer – AI Product San Francisco, CA Base salary up to $240k + Equity We’re partnered with a rapidly scaling AI company transforming one of the world’s largest and most operationally complex industries through intelligent automation and workflow software. Their platform is already used at significant scale across the US, with strong growth, major enterprise adoption, and backing from some of the top investors in technology. They’re now hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join one of the company’s fastest-growing AI product teams in San Francisco. What you’ll be working on You’ll help build a real-time, AI-powered product used daily by professionals in high-impact environments. The work spans frontend, backend, integrations, and infrastructure — from live audio/data processing through to highly responsive user experiences and complex system integrations. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving engineering environment where product velocity and user impact matter. What you’ll do - Build and scale full stack applications across web and mobile-adjacent systems - Design backend services, APIs, and integrations for AI-powered workflows - Work closely with product and design teams to ship features quickly - Contribute to architecture decisions, performance improvements, and reliability - Help establish engineering best practices around testing, deployment, and scalability - Mentor engineers and contribute to technical direction across the team - Work directly with end users to understand workflows and improve product experience What they’re looking for - Strong full stack engineering experience in production environments - Experience across modern frontend + backend systems - Comfortable moving across the stack and owning features end-to-end - Strong product mindset and ability to balance speed with quality - Experience building scalable, user-facing applications - Strong communication and collaboration skills Tech stack includes TypeScript, React, Python, Go, cloud infrastructure, and modern AI tooling.
