Manage and configure benefits administration technology and payroll integrations for multiple clients. | Requires 3+ years Employee Navigator administration, payroll platform integration experience, and benefits administration knowledge. | Location: Frisco, Texas (On-Site 5 days/week) | Full-Time We are recruiting on behalf of a growing, dealer-centric advisory firm delivering comprehensive solutions across Finance & Insurance (F&I), Property & Casualty (P&C), and Employee Benefits to automotive dealership groups nationwide. This is a high-accountability, high-impact role where your work directly affects employees' access to coverage. Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Specialist to own and operate their benefits administration technology across a growing portfolio of dealer clients. You will configure and manage Employee Navigator, maintain carrier EDI connectivity, support payroll integrations, and ensure accurate enrollment and billing operations. You will partner closely with Account Management and Marketing to deliver a seamless client experience. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Employee Navigator Administration • Configure and maintain Employee Navigator across all client groups (plan design, eligibility rules, open enrollment, portal setup) • Manage employee lifecycle events: new hires, terminations, life events, and COBRA triggers within defined SLAs • Serve as internal subject matter expert; train internal teams and client HR contacts Carrier EDI & Eligibility • Manage and monitor EDI/API connections across medical, dental, vision, life, and disability carriers • Resolve file rejections and eligibility discrepancies within one business day • Maintain accurate eligibility data across 400+ carrier connections • Support onboarding and validation of new carrier integrations Payroll Integrations • Build and maintain benefit deduction integrations with payroll platforms (ADP, UKG, Paylocity, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK) • Troubleshoot data sync issues and coordinate resolution with client payroll teams Billing & Administration • Generate and reconcile monthly invoices against enrollment data • Process retroactive adjustments and resolve discrepancies • Partner with internal teams on collections and vendor payments Requirements Core Experience (Required) • 3+ years of hands-on Employee Navigator administration in a broker or multi-employer environment • 2+ years managing carrier EDI (834) connections and resolving eligibility errors • Experience integrating benefits with at least one payroll platform (ADP Workforce Now, UKG, or Paylocity) • Working knowledge of ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and HIPAA in a group health context • Experience administering benefits for employers with 50–500+ employees Technical Skills • Strong understanding of EDI 834/820 file structures and carrier connectivity workflows • Proficiency in Excel for auditing, reconciliation, and billing validation • Clear, proactive written communication with audit-ready documentation standards Preferred Experience • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK payroll platforms • Familiarity with PlanYear or similar decision support tools • Salesforce or CRM experience Evaluation Priority: Candidates with multi-platform payroll integration experience (ADP, UKG, Paylocity, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK) will be strongly prioritized.
