About This Role In office Monday-Friday: 15011 Katy Freeway, TX 77094 Up to 50% domestic travel. The Procurement Manager at QISG plays a hands-on role in supporting the successful delivery of large infrastructure projects through the strategic sourcing of materials and strong supplier relationships. This position leads and develops a team of procurement professionals while ensuring an ethical, competitive bid process and consistent execution across projects. In addition to managing day-to-day procurement, this role supports budgeting, forecasting, and month-end projections, and uses data and purchasing analytics to drive cost savings, improve performance, and strengthen overall procurement strategy. We are seeking a Category Manager to lead sourcing strategy for critical substation components and assemblies used in multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects. This role focuses on securing high-value materials, optimizing supplier partnerships, and driving cost, quality, and schedule performance for complex substation builds. This is an individual contributor role—ideal for experienced professionals who want to shape sourcing strategy and deliver tangible results without managing a team.
