About This Role EnergyLink Sourcing, LLC (Energy Link), a Quanta Services, Inc. company (Quanta; NYSE: PWR), is looking for an experienced attorney who, in consultation with management, provides guidance, direction, and assistance on a wide variety of legal matters. The position will be physically located in our Houston, Texas office (part of the Quanta Services, Inc. complex). This position is for an experienced attorney who, in consultation with management, provides guidance, direction, and assistance on a wide variety of legal matters. The role will provide legal oversight of EnergyLink’s Procurement efforts and provide support to Quanta’s enterprise-wide supply-chain initiatives. Job title and compensation will be dependent upon the level of relevant experience and qualifications. What You'll Do • Draft, review, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements, master supply agreements, services agreements, and purchase orders directly with manufacturers and vendors. • Implement legal processes and contract templates for Procurement efforts with applicable flow-down provisions from customer contracts where appropriate. • Provide legal support for international shipping, customs, and trade compliance activities and work with freight forwarders and customs brokers on import/export classifications and customs documents. • Collaborate on development of requests for proposals for subcontractors/vendors and risk registers for various categories of equipment and materials that will be incorporated into the work. • Conduct trainings on contract templates and applicable state and federal procurement laws, rules, and regulations. • Provide contract support and advise on contract issues as needed during project execution, including change orders. • Assist with claims, litigation, and regulatory investigations. • Travel to various company locations, project sites, legal proceedings, and contract negotiations as required. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. • Perform special projects and completes other duties as assigned or requested. • Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
