Responsibilities: • Requirements Gathering: • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, identify pain points, and document detailed functional requirements for Oracle Fusion ERP system implementation and customization. • Process Analysis: • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization, mapping workflows and identifying potential bottlenecks within the Oracle Fusion ERP system. • System Design: • Translate business requirements into system designs, configuring Oracle Fusion ERP modules and functionalities to meet specific business needs. • Implementation Support: • Participate in the implementation process, including testing, data migration, user training, and go-live support. • User Training: • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and sessions to educate end-users on the Oracle Fusion ERP system features and functionalities. • Data Analysis and Reporting: • Analyze the Oracle Fusion ERP data to generate reports and dashboards that provide insights into key business metrics and identify trends for decision-making. • System Maintenance and Support: • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to users. • Collaboration: • Work closely with IT teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and ongoing maintenance. Lead master data management strategy and governance for Infor M3 ERP, manage data quality and integrity, collaborate cross-functionally, and oversee data migration and stewardship programs. | 7+ years in master data management with 3+ years leadership, expertise in Infor M3 ERP master data modules, ERP implementation experience, strong data governance and communication skills. | Infor M3 MDM Manager (Master Data Management) Remote Contract USC/GC EST/CST NO CALLS/NO AGENCIES Protege Hunters has an opportunity for an Infor M3 MDM Manager ( Master Data Management) The ideal candidate will specialize in the Infor M3 ERP system and will oversee master data management and governance, focusing on critical data domains within the Infor M3 environment to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the organization. Responsibilities: Master Data Strategy and Governance • Develop, implement, and maintain the MDM strategy and governance framework specifically for the Infor M3 system. • Define master data policies, standards, and procedures for data creation, maintenance, and retirement. • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on data quality and the effectiveness of MDM initiatives. Infor M3 System Management • Lead the management and configuration of master data modules within Infor M3, such as item master, customer master, and supplier master. • Serve as the subject matter expert for master data processes within Infor M3, providing guidance to business users and IT teams. • Oversee and manage data migration, cleansing, and enrichment projects related to Infor M3 implementations and upgrades. Data Quality and Integrity • Implement data quality rules and controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data in Infor M3. • Lead data quality initiatives, including data profiling, root cause analysis of data issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions. • Establish data stewardship programs and provide training and support to data stewards across various business functions. Cross-functional collaboration • Work closely with business stakeholders in areas like finance, supply chain, and manufacturing to understand data requirements and ensure MDM solutions align with business objectives. • Collaborate with the IT department and third-party vendors to design and implement data management tools and integrations with Infor M3 and other enterprise systems. • Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of data excellence and communicating the value of MDM throughout the organization. Experience • Minimum of 7 years of experience in master data management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. • Proven experience working with the Infor M3 ERP system, including expertise in its master data functionality. • Full lifecycle implementation experience on at least two ERP projects, involving Infor M3 • Proven track record working with supply chain, and manufacturing to understand data requirements and ensure MDM solutions align with business objectives. • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field. • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles. • Proficiency with data management, data modeling, and data integration concepts and tools. • Experience with reporting tools like Infor Business Intelligence (BI), Infor M3 Report Manager, and Microsoft Power BI is beneficial. • Must have EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders as well as -Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
