Oracle Fusion ERP Business Analyst USC/GC NO THIRD PARTIES Protege Hunters has an immediate contract for an Oracle Fusion ERP Business Analyst The ideal candidate will have proven track record as the bridge between business users and the technical team, analyzing business processes, The following are the key responsibilities but not limited to include requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, user training, and data analysis within the Oracle Fusion ERP platform. Responsibilities: • Requirements Gathering: • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs, identify pain points, and document detailed functional requirements for Oracle Fusion ERP system implementation and customization. • Process Analysis: • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization, mapping workflows and identifying potential bottlenecks within the Oracle Fusion ERP system. • System Design: • Translate business requirements into system designs, configuring Oracle Fusion ERP modules and functionalities to meet specific business needs. • Implementation Support: • Participate in the implementation process, including testing, data migration, user training, and go-live support. • User Training: • Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and sessions to educate end-users on the Oracle Fusion ERP system features and functionalities. • Data Analysis and Reporting: • Analyze the Oracle Fusion ERP data to generate reports and dashboards that provide insights into key business metrics and identify trends for decision-making. • System Maintenance and Support: • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to users. • Collaboration: • Work closely with IT teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and ongoing maintenance. Qualifications • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes across various departments like finance, sales, operations, and supply chain. • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with specific Oracle Fusion ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and their functionalities. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion ERP Business Analyst, preferably with experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion ERP systems • Knowledge of specific Oracle Fusion ERP software and industry best practices • verbal communication to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage project timelines, deliverables, and priorities. • Problem-solving Skills: Identify issues, analyze root causes, and propose effective solutions. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Alex@protegehunters.com for consideration
