The Senior Manager: Global Sourcing & Procurement is Responsible for overall supplier sourcing and procurement functions and processes within the organization. Staff will establish and manage a structured supplier sourcing process focusing on achieving positive supplier relationships. Collaborating with key business areas in identifying and leading sourcing events that align with Enterprise vision and strategy of the company. The role will manage the identification, evaluation, selection and onboarding of suppliers. As part of contract negotiation the role will look to execute minimum Service Levels and other contractual requirements to help ensure a sound financial relationship. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or equivalent Minimum 5 years in a similar role Minimum 5 years management experience Salesforce or other enterprise Sourcing/ Procurement software experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Ability to work remote International experience preferred ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/ AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY Lead the design and implementation of a new center-led procurement organization. Define and maintain an enterprise-wide procurement strategy and roadmap. Develop and implement a global procurement operation strategy that demonstrates value tied to P&L. Build comprehensive sourcing strategy and process. Lead sourcing capabilities and sourcing events. Oversee companies sourcing capabilities and supply chain Analyze existing supplier products and services in alignment with Company Vision. Analyze supplier performance in alignment with market trends. Find and evaluate suppliers, products, and services. Negotiate contracts and acquire cost-efficient deals without compromising quality. Create a buying strategy based on company budget and necessary supplies. Additional duties as deemed necessary to fulfill our mission The typical base pay range for this role is USD $99,800 - $157,400 per year. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors. The Associate Director of Site Network Budgets and Proposals oversees the budget and proposal process for site networks at EmVenio Research. Serves as a business and budget advisor to SVP of Global Business Services and executive team in decision-making for matters that may be operational, financial, and/or strategic in nature. The position requires a strong analytical mindset with technical ability and excellent people skills. The position will be involved in many financial aspects of a clinical trial study (“study”), from the proposal process to study budget and forecasts for Finance, collaborating with Operations. The position supports business development in strategic landscape planning and client interactions.. Cross-functionally works with all Departments on Site Network matters required to create a budget and provide a proposal to the customer. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s or master’s degree with emphasis in Business, Finance, or a related field. 10-15+ years in finance or budgets role and additional experience in management. Strong skills in fiscal management, financial benchmarking, risk management, and business development. Preferred experience in Clinical Trials industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to understand management's business plan and management's assumptions. Provide industry expertise and support for study pricing in the proposal process. Liaising with senior management, heads of departments, and other key leadership figures. Examining market trends related to budget win rates, along with commentary for management (may include competitive analysis). Assist in the development of a formal Proposal Process and lead efforts to create professional proposals for customers across the Research Division. In this position you will perform clerical/scheduling activities that facilitate Agency operations outside of standard business hours which includes nights, weekend, and holidays. The hours for this position are: - Every Wednesday 7pm-7am MST - Every other Thursday 7pm-7am MST - Every Saturday 4am-10am MST - Every other Sunday 4am- 10am MST Essential Functions/Areas of Accountability On-Call response Address urgent issues with caregiver schedules and call-offs during day/weekend and evenings shifts. This also includes observed holidays. Notify Staffing Manager and/or Regional Director of Clinical Operations of issues as they arise (i.e. – when shift can’t be filled, etc.). Provide notes in the scheduling system for all unfilled or cancelled shifts and provide information that is helpful for the staffing manager and other staffers when reviewing shifts that are unfilled or cancelled. Calls will be returned within 30 minutes. The Staffer will contact the appropriate Regional Director of Clinical Operations regarding urgent clinical or personnel issues. The Staffer should attempt to contact at least ten (10) personnel who may be able to fill in for the cases – if 10 nurses are available to contact. Perform other activities and duties as deemed necessary. Qualifications High school graduate; college degree preferred. Staffing experience preferred, staffing for a temporary agency or in-home health a plus. Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background desirable. Demonstrates strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Speaks, reads, writes and comprehends English. Demonstrates time management, organizational skills, and ability to function with minimal direction. The typical base pay range for this role is USD $17,680 - $23,920 per year. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.
