Own the full sales cycle targeting GovCon finance leaders, leveraging a referral-driven pipeline and representing the company at industry events. | 5+ years selling SaaS to GovCon finance teams with a strong GovCon network and understanding of GovCon financial compliance and forecasting. | OVERVIEW: We need a driven, experienced SaaS sales executive with a strong GovCon network who knows how to sell financial, ERP, CRM, or compliance software to mid-market and enterprise government contractors. You should be able to generate leads through referrals, industry networks, and targeted outreach-NOT just cold outbound. GENERAL DUTIES: • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. • Sell to GovCon CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Leaders at mid-market and enterprise firms. • Drive new business with deal sizes starting at $10K+ ARR, scaling to $50K+ for larger firms and $100K+ for enterprise clients. • Leverage your existing GovCon network to build a referral-driven pipeline. • Represent the company at GovCon finance and compliance events (NDIA, PSC, ACG, Deltek ProjectCon, Unanet Champions and others). REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 5+ years selling SaaS to GovCon finance teams (ERP, FP&A, financial compliance, or accounting software). • Strong GovCon network with CFOs, Controllers, and finance decision-makers. • Proven ability to navigate a referral-driven sales process. • Understanding of FAR, DCAA, CMMC, NIST, and GovCon-specific financial forecasting challenges. • Comfortable with deal sizes from $10K+ to $100K+ ARR and a mix of short- and long-cycle sales. Lead and maintain the CMDB, manage software and hardware inventories, author IT policy and SOP documentation, and support IT service development with compliance to federal regulations and cybersecurity standards. | Bachelor's degree in a technical field, 5-7 years of cybersecurity/operations experience, DoD 8140 IAT Level II certification, strong documentation and communication skills, and TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph. | OVERVIEW: We are seeking a Configuration Management Lead responsible for maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), licensing, hardware and software inventory, and authoring and maintaining policy documentation detailing the SOPs for information assurance, configuration management, and computer network defense operations. This role supports the customer's IT service development, management, and sustainment while helping implement DevSecOps, ITIL, and Agile best practices in their GOTs software development process. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field plus 5-7 years of Cyber Security/Operations support • Certifications: DoD 8140 IAT Level II Certification (CCNA-Security, CySA+, CND, Security+) • Documenting network schemas and cyber operation tool solutions. • Leads the oversight of the Configuration Management process to ensure the integrity and security of IT systems, software, and infrastructure as well as federal regulations and agency polices. • Co-leads in the establishment and maintenance of the CMDB to ensure accurate tracking of assets and configurations. • Maintains and manages software libraries, licensing trackers, systems documentation repositories, and maintain hardware and software inventory and project management documentation to ensure adherence to federal procurement and licensing guidelines. • Knowledgeable regarding compliance with: ICD • Must demonstrate strong teamwork, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills. • Must demonstrate strong initiative to accept new technical challenges in complex security engineering assignments. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Master's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field plus 8+ years of Cyber Security/Operations support • Certifications: CySA+ • Extensive experience with authoring and updating IT Policy documents and SOPs • Extensive experience with infrastructure compliance and optimal operating capabilities • Experience as a Key Personnel on a program with monitoring, administering, and taking primary lead on all projects and initiatives relating to CND, risk management, and continuous management of security tools, application, and systems. CLEARANCE: • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph minimum
