The Senior Territory Manager, based out of the greater Spokane, WA area will visit accounts with the goal of developing a professional relationship and educating the client on Probo Medical LLC offerings. The position will develop a client base within a 3 - 4 hour geographical radius to service diagnostic ultrasound equipment and offer client solutions based on their specific need. Those solutions include, but are not limited to, ultrasound service, ultrasound probe repair, ultrasound system sales, replacement probe sales, rentals, training, and system applications. Probo Medical LLC is the world's largest provider of multi-OEM ultrasound equipment. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Work to learn and establish rapport with customers. • Schedule and perform preventative maintenance. • Generate revenue growth by offering solutions and products aligned with the service portfolio. • Provide timely responses to service requests. • Complete and submit applicable field service reports for invoicing. • Develop a profitable territory performing service, selling service contracts, parts, systems. • Act as a subject matter expert on all manufacturers and models by studying manuals, attending training, reaching out to co-workers and all other available resources. • Troubleshoot and problem solve issues as they arise when doing service calls. • Adhere to internal procedures regarding defective probes and parts, unused equipment, call escalation, warranties, and finance policies. • Performs all administrative duties within established Probo Medical and regulatory timeframes including timesheets, service work orders, expense reports, preventative maintenance (PM), installation documents, site and service documentation, and other related paperwork. May be asked to perform service work remotely providing telephone, remote technical support, and remote diagnostics to external healthcare customers and field partners to resolve customer equipment issues and initiate escalation, if appropriate. Responsible for the delivery and installation of an ultrasound system sold within your geographical radius. This will consist of being on site, making sure the equipment works, satisfying client expectations and learning the client’s ultrasound equipment portfolio and needs. Service Performance • PM Completion (schedule & non-schedule) (Total) • First-time fix rate with primary engineer • Percentage of outstanding work orders • Percentage of Field Service visits per field engineer per month Sales Performance • PM and Billable Revenue to meet or exceed amounts per quarter • Percentage of expiring maintenance contracts that are renewed • Percentage of Probe Sales • Percentage of Equipment Sales • Percentage of Probe Repair Sales • Percentage of Contract Sales Requirements Required Education and Experience: • Knowledge of computers; PC competency to include utilization of Microsoft Office Suite products • An established customer base is a plus. • Be a self-starter. • Creative problem solving. • Ability to display strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, self-discipline, and autonomy to work independently in a high-pressure environment. • Ability to adapt to changing work requirements in a complex, fast-paced environment. • Ability to effectively operate in a independent environment to achieve assigned goals and objectives • Robust organization/communication skills to exceed customer expectations. • Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships and be prompt and courteous. Preferred Education And Experience • High School Diploma/GED, Associate Degree in electronics (BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred) or 2 years’ equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience with diagnostic Ultrasound equipment highly preferred, especially within a field service environment. • An established customer base is a plus. The anticipated hiring range is $60,000 - $100,000 base, plus commission. This range may vary and is based on several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, etc. Travel Requirements WORK ENVIRONMENT The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an individual encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. The Project Manager Support role involves coordinating projects related to the rigging, transportation, and installation of medical equipment, ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining client relationships throughout the process. Responsibilities • Monthly review of all projects to capture all billable items. • Assists projects/jobs, establishes goals, track progress and checkpoints Adhere to PROBO ISO standards • Enter projects in INFOR software • Solicit quotes for equipment and enter INFOR • Add staff to Microsoft Dynamics for each project • Knowledge of large medical equipment • Measures progress against goals/checkpoints, with ability to forecast • Ability to oversee numerous projects/jobs simultaneously • Enter equipment rental in INFOR • Facilitates scheduling/coordination and oversight of service activities, which includes scheduling suppliers and equipment as needed to meet project requirements in a timely manner • Maintains a sense of urgency as needed with minimal management direction • Facilitates a minimum of 2 supplier quotes in advance for each job • Overseeing projects/jobs sites, ensuring Safety and meeting OSHA requirements is job #1. • Communicates project critical elements to suppliers as needed • Oversees supplier performance and follow-up as necessary • Ability to generate quotes for clients and obtain/review quotes from suppliers and track them in Microsoft Dynamics. • Investigates any interruptions to services and facilitates removal of interruptions • Ensures all parties (including clients) are aware of service status on a timely manner • Build client relationships and ensure client requirements are met. • Communicate with clients with a sense of urgency as needed. • Ensure compliance with PROBO SOP(s), company policies and statutory/regulatory guidelines • Facilitate work activity, while maintaining documentation in accordance with the PROBO SOP and customer requirements. • Conduct confirmation calls with suppliers, and clients as needed • Effective communication with the Logistic Coordinators, and management as needed • Facilitates updates and maintains accuracy and timeliness, Dynamics with all job information • Follow through of all service activities, collects, validates and documents supplier scope of work performed including Out-of-Scope for Accounting Dept to invoice customers within 48hrs of project completion • Maintains the integrity of confidential information. • Consistently representing PROBO to the client is a positive, professional and courteous manner • Ability to multi-task in a time sensitive manner to address all issues/concerns relating to a project/job Skills • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization. • Must have excellent communicational skills.
