This is a 7-month contract to start with the potential for extensions. Pay: $86.00 - $96.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship. Onsite/Hybrid: 60% Onsite Schedule: Standard Hours; M-F! The Global Operations Support specialist will form part of a team of subject matter experts in Order Exception Management for the SAP- ERP system and processes. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Client global site stakeholders and third-party distributors. The individual will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the Cell Therapy ERP order management system, extending the order-to-cash process to upcoming markets, and ensuring a best-in-class customer delivery experience for our patient treatment centers worldwide. • Position is office-based with in-office attendance required a minimum of 60% of the time. Remote work must be performed at home with consistent office setup and internet access, as extensive work at computers and phones is essential to job function. • Weekend and holiday on-call support is required as assigned. Required Competencies: • Effective in managing time and resources and in decision-making. • Highly self-motivated, self-aware, and professional • Excellent at planning and organizing information. • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. • Able to work independently and in groups. • Flexible in responding to quickly changing business needs. • Skilled at managing tense situations and de-escalation. • Eager to work with teams from other regions and cultures. • Able to share workspace for independent and collaborative work. • Strong sense of ownership and accountability Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct/Support monitoring of digital communications: • Support Order to cash workstream projects and market launches to support Global Cell therapy Order to cash operations. • Monitor the automatic creation of documents including sales orders, purchase orders, intercompany purchase orders, and deliveries in SAP and act on any exceptions that might occur. • Maintain constant communication with Production Planning, Scheduling and Cell Logistics, Client Commercial organizations and Specialty Distributer to resolve any order exceptions to ensure on-time delivery and representing the business. • Collaborate with IT Management and Vendor Managers to escalate support day to day operation issues. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by setting daily testing goals, providing updates on testing progress, defect triage, and collaborating towards defect resolution. • Act as Order Management SME for implementation of ERP systems at new and existing manufacturing sites. • Collaborate with business partners for Order Exception Management and Cross functional process mapping. • Collaborate with Client Commercial and Finance teams to issue credit and resolve any sales order and finance related issues. • Support with maintenance of the team's SOPs and work instructions. • Collaborate with BI&A team to build reports and dashboard for Order Management team. • Analyze existing processes and look for opportunities for continuous improvements. • Accountable for individual and team performance. • Understands comprehensive global pharmaceutical regulatory requirements (e.g. cGMP and GxP). Education and Experience: • Bachelor's degree + 5 years of work in pharmaceutical/Biotech industry. • Must have operating experience working in SAP S/4 Hana, and understanding of ERP systems. • Experience working in a regulated environment (cGMP/FDA) • Experience in Order to cash domain, Pharma standard processes and challenges including order initiation and management, order completion, invoicing, credit and returns. Schedule: 8-5PM - Fully Remote Description: The Senior Payroll Analyst will play a critical role in managing end-to-end payroll operations across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This position requires deep expertise in Workday HCM, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead process improvements and system integrations. The ideal candidate will ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with multi-country regulations while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. What you will do: • Manage and process regular and off-cycle payrolls in Workday HCM for US, Canada, and Mexico. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local regulations, including tax filings and year-end activities (e.g., W-2, T4, CFDI). • Maintain adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and audit requirements. • Configure and maintain Workday payroll components (earning codes, deductions, tax setup). • Troubleshoot payroll-related issues and partner with IT for system enhancements. • Develop and maintain custom Workday reports for payroll accuracy and compliance. • Oversee integrations between Workday and third-party systems (benefits, time tracking, tax filing). • Collaborate with external vendors for compliance and service delivery. • Engage with HR and Finance/Accounting to problem-solve, provide support, and deliver timely communication on payroll impacts. Utilize advanced Excel and Workday reporting tools for payroll analysis and reconciliation. • Identify automation opportunities and lead payroll-related projects, including system upgrades. • Document and implement best practices for payroll operations. • Provide guidance and training to payroll team members on Workday functionalities and compliance requirements. • Act as a subject matter expert for payroll processes across multiple geographies. What we expect of you: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field, or equivalent work-related experience. • Advanced proficiency in Workday HCM payroll and reporting tools. • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines. • Advanced experience with excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, etc.) or other tools to manage large amount of data and to provide insights to management. • Proven project management, planning and organizational skills with the ability to effectively lead tasks and activities. • Strong creative problem solving and analytical skills. • Knowledge of federal, state, and provincial payroll regulations. • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP). • Understanding of SOX compliance and audit requirements.
