Collaboration with Engineering and Data Teams: • Partner with engineering, data teams, and IT to ensure the analytics function has access to clean, high-quality, and well-structured data. • Act as a bridge between the technical data teams and business users, ensuring that data is accessible and usable. Operational Rigor: • Develop operational rigor within the analytics function, standardizing processes, reports, and performance reviews. • Implement a robust framework for tracking progress, reporting, and optimizing the performance of the analytics team. Stakeholder Management: • Build strong relationships with GTM stakeholders, ensuring alignment of analytics priorities with business needs. • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project status to executive leadership, driving alignment on key initiatives. The annual US base salary range for this role is $94,300 - $131,000 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location.
