Your role is pivotal in ensuring that insights are not only actionable but also easily understood and implemented by GTM teams. Who you’re committed to being: • You enjoy learning and are open to new ways of doing things. • You are not afraid to be yourself, experiment, make mistakes and learn from them, ask questions, or voice your concerns. • When communicating you are self-aware, insightful, and proactive. Identify and Validate Opportunities: • Proactively identify areas where data and analytics can drive improvements in GTM performance, customer retention, and sales effectiveness. • Validate opportunities through data and communicate recommendations to leadership. Dashboard Adoption and Implementation: • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of GTM dashboards, ensuring they meet business needs and are used effectively by the field teams. • Gather feedback from end users to iterate and improve dashboard functionality and relevance. Collaboration with Engineering and Data Teams: • Partner with engineering, data teams, and IT to ensure the analytics function has access to clean, high-quality, and well-structured data. • Act as a bridge between the technical data teams and business users, ensuring that data is accessible and usable. Operational Rigor: • Develop operational rigor within the analytics function, standardizing processes, reports, and performance reviews. • Implement a robust framework for tracking progress, reporting, and optimizing the performance of the analytics team. Stakeholder Management: • Build strong relationships with GTM stakeholders, ensuring alignment of analytics priorities with business needs. • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project status to executive leadership, driving alignment on key initiatives. Experience you’ll bring: • Technical Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL) and statistical methods. • Communication: Strong ability to craft and communicate data stories to technical and non-technical audiences. • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering. • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of GTM strategies and the ability to translate business needs into actionable data solutions. • Prioritization: Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment.
