This position starts as part-time with the opportunity to transition into full-time once reliability, performance, and ability have been demonstrated. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple responsibilities, and is eager to grow within the pharmacy and DME industry. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the first point of contact: answer phones, greet patients, and provide front-desk support • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, organizing records, and processing incoming/outgoing mail • Assist with prescription intake and DME orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency • Support the pharmacy team with daily operational needs and patient communication • Conduct outbound calls for patient follow-ups and occasional sales-related activities • Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment • Adapt to other general administrative or support tasks as needed Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (recent graduates welcome) • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills • Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment • Comfortable using technology (basic computer programs, phone systems, and online tools) • Dependable, professional, and eager to learn new skills • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required Compensation & Growth • Pay: $12–$15 per hour, depending on experience • Part-time role with potential to transition to full-time • Opportunity for advancement within the pharmacy and DME field We are conducting on-the-spot interviews this week! This position is responsible for planning, managing and controlling the activities of a team of 5-6 analysts that provide business intelligence support for various business operations in the pharmacy division; The manager will lead projects for key pharmacy initiatives (i.e. Trend, rebates, benefits, UM, Specialty, 340B, Regulatory, etc.) by analyzing data from internal and external sources; bringing expertise or identifying subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations and plans; advising business by providing data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities; ensuring that policies and procedures align with corporate vision; selecting, developing and evaluating personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor Degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting or Finance OR 4 years experience. • 5 years experience interfacing with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants OR 5 years experience in presenting analytic results to both internal and external audiences. • 5 years experience in requiring data analysis and information reporting related to healthcare data. • 2 years leadership experience. • Negotiation, decision-making, organizational, and analytical skills. • Verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills. • PC proficiency to include Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
