Your Key Responsibilities: • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple platforms (NAB, Stripe, SecurePay). • Support month-end close, including accruals, prepayments & variance analysis. • Process supplier invoices and reimbursements with accurate coding and compliance. • Manage inter-company invoicing and allocations between related entities. • Prepare and process weekly payment runs. • Upload and reconcile banking data in Xero. • Support process improvements and system transitions. • Liaise with internal teams (Finance, Ops, CPD, Education) to resolve queries. Requirements About YOU • 2–5 years of finance/accounting experience. • Strong reconciliation and AP skills. • Intermediate to advanced Excel capability. • Love a deadline?
