This is a remote position. AU Technical Program Manager – SaaS & Automation (Remote)Background • We’re PeoplePartners, and one of our standout clients (an innovator in digital learning solutions) is expanding their tech team. They need a Remote Program Manager – AI & Automation who can connect people, processes, and platforms to drive seamless software delivery across Microsoft 365 and AI tools. • This is a brand-new role — a chance to take ownership, roll up your sleeves, and help shape what “exceptional delivery” looks like. About the Role • You’ll be at the center of planning, coordinating, and optimizing the company's systems — from Digital and Compliance Robots to LLN and Skills platforms. • It’s technical. It’s strategic. And it needs someone who thrives in the space between structure and innovation. Your Key Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end rollout of system releases. • Lead cross-functional coordination via Teams & SharePoint. • Use Dynamics 365 Sales as the single source of delivery truth. • Build Power Automate workflows to streamline the chaos. • Ensure documentation & client communication are rock-solid before each launch. • QA, test, and collaborate with the Programs Director to get things done. Requirements About YOU • 5+ years in program/project management in SaaS or software delivery. • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 tools. • Experience with AI tools such as Copilot, AI Builder, or ChatGPT APIs. • Proactive, autonomous, and highly organized with timelines. • Excellent communication and coordination skills. How YOU Will Be Measured • 90%+ of delivery milestones hit on time. • 100% of docs completed pre-release. • 3+ automation wins per quarter. • Internal teams rating you 9/10 or higher on clarity & coordination. • You’ll collaborate closely with the Programs Director during your 12-week onboarding, then hit full stride with autonomy.
