Lead cross-functional AI projects, manage AI service development lifecycle, facilitate Agile processes, and ensure ethical AI use. | 3-5+ years technical project management in AI, strong AI/ML knowledge, cloud AI infrastructure experience, Agile expertise, and preferred AI/project management certifications. | Description: • Lead cross-functional AI projects involving machine learning, data engineering, infrastructure, and AI product integration • Translate AI solution strategies into project roadmaps, execution plans, and delivery milestones • Work closely with teams including AI/ML engineers, data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and external partners • Manage the development and deployment lifecycle of AI services, from experimentation to production rollout • Ensure responsible and ethical use of AI, including considerations for bias, transparency, and compliance • Facilitate Agile processes (scrum, sprint planning, standups) to support effective and timely execution • Track technical progress, risks, and dependencies across AI-related workstreams • Develop and maintain clear project documentation, dashboards, and executive reporting • Stay abreast of emerging AI tools, platforms, and industry trends to inform project strategy and technical planning Requirements: • 3–5+ years of experience in technical project management, with demonstrated leadership on software or AI projects • Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, workflows, and delivery processes • Experience managing projects involving AI services (e.g., LLMs, computer vision, NLP, model serving, inference APIs) • Familiarity with cloud-based AI infrastructure (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI) • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work across highly technical teams • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar • Ability to balance technical depth with project delivery and stakeholder communication • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field (preferred) • Experience with AI product lifecycle management, including model evaluation, monitoring, and MLOps (preferred) • Knowledge of data privacy, security, and ethical frameworks in AI development (preferred) • Certifications in AI, data science, or project management (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM) (preferred) Benefits: • Competitive compensation and benefits • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI initiatives with a high-performing, collaborative team • Exposure to real-world AI applications across industries and domains • Support for ongoing learning and development in AI and project leadership
