Full Description

Job Description: • Execute manual and automated testing for Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom functionality • Design and maintain test cases and test scripts aligned to user stories and acceptance criteria • Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Work closely with Salesforce Developers and Product Owners to validate requirements and resolve defects • Support test automation efforts using tools such as Provar, Selenium, or similar frameworks • Validate integrations and data flows using APIs, SOQL, and backend testing tools • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives • Document defects clearly and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely resolution Requirements: • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce QA or Salesforce testing experience • Experience testing Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud • Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, and validation rules • Experience working in Agile delivery environments • Comfortable working in regulated or enterprise environments • Nice to Have • Experience with Salesforce-focused automation tools (Provar, Selenium, etc.) • Experience testing integrations using REST or SOAP APIs • Salesforce certifications (Administrator or similar) Benefits:
