Attain new logos in the public sector, develop sales strategies, and advise clients on AI solutions. | 8+ years in SaaS sales, 2+ years in public sector sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, bilingual in German and English, technical affinity in AI industry. | YOUR MISSION: As a Strategic/Lead Enterprise Account Executive - Public/Health, you will play a crucial role in driving successful revenue growth by securing new business in the public / public health insurance sector. You’ll have the unique opportunity to bring Parloa’s cutting-edge agentic AI solutions to some of Germany's biggest public entities, helping them transform and automate their contact and call centers. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Be responsible for attaining new logos by working on tenders and negotiating complex deals with head of authorities, departments heads, VP and C-level executives. Work together closely with other colleagues from Sales, Solution Engineering, Business Development, Customer Engagement, Value Consulting, and other teams to analyze and improve existing processes. Become a consultant for your customers, advising them on how Parloa and Agentic AI brings ROI to their day-to-day business, challenges and needs. Deliver presentations to and lead workshops for customers, digital and on-site. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attain new logos in the public sector within Germany. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: 8+ years of experience in Technology/SaaS Sales in a closing role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, including 2+ years selling to the public sector. In-depth understanding of industry trends, legal requirements and regulations within the public sector, with the ability to articulate narratives of digital transformation. The ability to find customer needs and recognize sales opportunities. Great negotiation and presentation skills. Native/bilingual German (spoken and written) and great English skills.
