RESPONSIBILITIES:   Assist in a variety of ad hoc reports to analyze current pacing and inventory. Support day-to-day inventory duties such as building flowcharts while improving inventory usage. Analyze and approve inventory for upfront & scatter packages, collaborating closely with Director, AEs, SSEs, and Planners. Coordinate usage of ad time with internal departments including marketing and programming. Monitor audience delivery and build and approve ADU packages. Collaborate closely with research and programming to keep selling schedules and stewardship projections updated. Interact with Sales Operations (traffic), IT, Research, Sales Planning, Marketing, Media Planning, and Programming/Scheduling departments. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 2 years network planning or inventory management experience. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working in Wide Orbit Network. Strong Excel skills. Proven ability to think strategically, prioritize, and work independently. Skill in handling various tasks simultaneously and determining priorities in a dynamic, demanding setting. Overview and Responsibilities: We are seeking a dynamic Project Management & Transformation Lead to oversee the Global Business Services (GBS) workstreams within our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation. This role will report jointly to the EVP, Controller & CAO and the VP, Process and Compliance for Global Operations for the duration of the project and transition to the Global Operations team post-implementation. The successful candidate will take direct accountability for delivering the Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) workstreams, driving process optimization, and fostering cross-functional collaboration in a complex, global environment. This role requires deep expertise in ERP transformation, stakeholder engagement, and a proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Lead the project management of the O2C and S2P workstreams within the Oracle Fusion program, including direct responsibility for coordinating across multiple revenue streams, boundary systems, and global business units. • Lead the configuration, implementation, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Cloud to support O2C and S2P financial operations. • Drive transformation and process improvement initiatives across GBS functions, aligning future-state designs with strategic business goals and operational excellence. • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability across Global Operations. • Partner with Finance, Technology, and Business Operations teams to build scalable, standardized processes that support global revenue streams and compliance requirements. • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization and process enhancement. • Collaborate with teams across different functions and geographic locations to ensure systematic execution, stakeholder alignment, and adoption of new tools and processes. • Monitor and report on key achievements, risks, and interdependencies, ensuring timely issue elevation and resolution through a governance framework. • Support change management efforts by contributing to training, communications, and stakeholder engagement specific to GBS transformation impacts. • Champion automation initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce manual processes, and improve operational performance.
