Overview: Paramount is seeking a detail oriented, operations focused Campaign Manager to support the end to end trafficking and execution of digital promotional advertising campaigns across Paramount’s portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring flawless campaign setup, precise delivery, and actionable post campaign insights that drive stakeholder satisfaction and internal performance goals. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in digital ad operations, trafficking, or campaign management, ideally within media, entertainment, or digital advertising. • Hands on experience with DFP/GAM, FreeWheel, and third party platforms such as DCM, Celtra, Innovid, or Clipcentric (strongly preferred). • Familiarity with HTML5, JavaScript, VAST/VPAID, CSS, and general web technologies. • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and comfortable working with large datasets. • Experience with CMS tools and comprehension of ad placements within site/app environments.
