Overview: Paramount is seeking a detail oriented, operations focused Campaign Manager to support the end to end trafficking and execution of digital promotional advertising campaigns across Paramount’s portfolio. This role is critical in ensuring flawless campaign setup, precise delivery, and actionable post campaign insights that drive stakeholder satisfaction and internal performance goals. The ideal candidate has a lot of experience in ad operations including trafficking, troubleshooting, optimization, and campaign strategy. They also need to have good collaboration skills. They should be able to work well with the Marketing, Ad Sales, Creative, Product, and Analytics teams. This role is remote and reports to the Vice President, Advertising Traffic, Paramount Advertising. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Ensure all campaigns are launched properly, on schedule, and aligned with IO requirements, client expectations, and platform capabilities. • Troubleshoot technical issues related to delivery, creative rendering, ad tags, measurement discrepancies, and platform integrations. • Provide recommendations on delivery pacing, targeting refinements, and optimization opportunities to maximize client KPIs and ensure full delivery. • Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure all assets, tags, and tracking elements meet platform and campaign requirements. • Communicate campaign status, performance updates, and troubleshooting steps clearly to internal stakeholders. • Own end of campaign reporting, including delivery summaries, performance insights, KPI commentary, and recommendations for future activation. • Analyze data across platforms to identify behavioral trends, optimization wins, and opportunities for improved strategy or execution. • Follow and enhance trafficking processes to improve accuracy, reduce setup errors, and increase workflow efficiency. • Stay informed on ad tech, ad serving updates, measurement methodologies, and industry trends that impact trafficking or campaign strategy. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. • 4+ years of experience in digital ad operations, trafficking, or campaign management, ideally within media, entertainment, or digital advertising. • Hands on experience with DFP/GAM, FreeWheel, and third party platforms such as DCM, Celtra, Innovid, or Clipcentric (strongly preferred). • Familiarity with HTML5, JavaScript, VAST/VPAID, CSS, and general web technologies. • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and comfortable working with large datasets. • Experience with CMS tools and comprehension of ad placements within site/app environments. Additional Qualifications: • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret delivery data, pacing trends, and KPI performance. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences. • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple simultaneous campaigns and deadlines.
