You will: Lead technical design and delivery of banking features that scale with our growing customer base and support a seamless mobile experience Set architectural standards and best practices for code quality, performance, security, and reliability across our banking services Own the technical approach to complex challenges at scale, including sensitive financial data and real-time money movement Mentor and grow engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on collaboration on tough problems Partner closely with product, design, risk, and compliance to shape the roadmap and turn it into high-quality, shipped software Create and maintain clear documentation, a must-have for a growing, remote organization You Bring 7+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack software engineering, including technical leadership of projects or teams Proven success designing, building, and scaling production-grade APIs and distributed systems, ideally in banking, payments, or other regulated financial services Experience with sensitive financial data and money movement systems, such as ledgers, account management, ACH, or card processing Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript or similar modern backend frameworks, and familiarity with microservices, Kubernetes, and AWS Experience with mobile or user-facing applications, ideally React Native, is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions across teams Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor Tools We Use We use Typescript front to back, with node and NestJS frameworks for server code and React Native for our iOS, Android, and Web clients. This role will work cross functionally across Marketing, Creative, Design, Product and key stakeholders. You'll own the operational framework that ensures marketing initiatives move from roadmap to execution with clear priorities, defined timelines, actionable briefs, and seamless collaboration. You will: Own end-to-end program management of marketing initiatives, translating strategy into executable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and milestones Build scalable processes — intake, briefing frameworks, production timelines, and operating rhythms — that reduce ambiguity and drive consistency Serve as the primary operational liaison with stakeholders, proactively maintaining visibility into priorities, calendars, and roadmaps Partner with creative and studio teams to ensure briefs are complete and blockers are removed Coordinate across agencies, print vendors, and production partners to keep schedules on track You Bring 8 years of experience in Program Management, Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, or a related field.
