The Role As a Staff Full Stack Engineer on our Lending team, you will deliver highly complex projects at scale and shape the technical direction of lending products that reach millions of customers. What You’ll Do Lead the design and delivery of high-impact, technically complex projects that power our lending platform at scale Provide technical leadership and clear, impactful communication to cross-functional stakeholders Drive hyper-optimization of lending systems to meet the needs of a large and growing addressable market Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations partners to build seamless, trustworthy lending experiences Mentor engineers across the team, fostering best practices in architecture, code quality, and scalability You Bring Deep expertise in building and scaling distributed systems, high-throughput APIs, and data-intensive services Strong full-stack skills, with fluency in backend architecture and modern frontend frameworks Experience designing systems with reliability, security, and performance in mind — ideally in payments, lending, or other regulated consumer finance domains Exceptional technical leadership and communication skills with a track record of influencing architecture and product direction Drive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executorr What We Offer Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1 401(k) plan with company match Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact Standard Interview Process Initial Interview with Talent Partner Technical or Hiring Manager Interview Team Interview Executive Interview Offer!
