The Amasian TV Content Ops offers an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience while interning at the first Free, Ad-supported Streaming TV (FAST) platform in the U.S., which operates 70+ premium Asian entertainment channels and VODs. You will have the opportunity to participate in real-world projects, which provide valuable work experience and leadership skills. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Stay up to date on Vietnamese/Southeast Asian content trends, platform updates, and best practices relevant to media and OTT operations. Strong understanding of Vietnamese/Southeast Asian media/entertainment trends on a national scale. Knowledge of the current Amasian TV channel lineup and programming. Knowledge of ODK Media’s own brands and services, and the media industry. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bilingual in Vietnamese & English Minimum 2 years of experience in content operations in the streaming media industry. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office, including Google Sheets and Excel. Live web/app service operations and planning experiences are a plus. Knowledge of software systems and programs relevant to your desired area of placement, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro. Experience using collaborative systems such as Slack, Jira, Confluence, and others. Able to collaborate with the team using excellent communication skills. A self-starter attitude and proactive nature with strong attention to detail. Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Strong written & verbal communication skills. Ability to work onsite (in-office) Monday through Thursday. The Sr. Marketing Associate will develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for 213 P&M's Film and TV content. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in traditional and digital advertising, with experience in the entertainment industry being a plus. | With more than 10 years of experience in distributing quality content in North America, 213P&M, a subsidiary under ODK Media, works with various partners from around the world to expand their success in the Global Market. It is our mission to engage audiences with exciting alternatives to mainstream entertainment. We are currently looking for a Sr. Marketing Associate to join our growing team, who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for 213 P&M and their Film and TV content to maximize theatrical, non-theatrical, and social media revenue. This individual will be responsible for working with the executive team to determine budgets, target numbers, and developing strategies. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee all the marketing campaign for theatrical and digital and SNS. Implement marketing strategy. Promote a business, product, or service. Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones. Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support. Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns. Manage and coordinate marketing channels and media. Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services. Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies. Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns. Coordinate with other teams and other departments to produce effective strategies. Monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and completes necessary tasks. Analyze data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field Minimum of five (5) or more years of experience with traditional and digital advertising, including Google, Facebook, and additional social media platforms Any experience in the entertainment field and industry is a big plus!
