Total target cash is comprised of an employee’s base salary and sales incentive target opportunity, when annual sales goals are achieved. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. If annual sales performance exceeds annual sales goals, the total target cash received may exceed the pay scale maximum reflected below. Total target cash is comprised of an employee’s base salary and sales incentive target opportunity, when annual sales goals are achieved. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. If annual sales performance exceeds annual sales goals, the total target cash received may exceed the pay scale maximum reflected below. Total Target Cash Range: Geographic Region A: $101,400.00 - $188,300.00 + Geographic Region B: $110,600.00 - $205,400.00 + Geographic Region C: $96,300.00 - $178,800.00 + Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
