Your role at a glance The Sr. Supply Chain Manager is accountable for the implementation and day-to-day execution of the Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment program supporting regional data center construction. The OFCI Program includes procurement of critical mechanical, electrical and power systems, ensuring quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery to construction projects worldwide. The Sr. Supply Chain Manager represents the Supply Chain organization and actively engages with the project team on all project strategy and project delivery activities to ensure supply chain strategies are aligned and meet all project build schedules, cost, design and capacity targets. This role requires an understanding of both construction project delivery and capital supply chain management in mission-critical environments. What we are looking for Key Roles and Responsibilities: Supporting construction projects and critical facilities operations business objectives through implementation of the Global OFCI Program strategies Plan, implement and manage all project specific OFCI equipment supply chain logistic activities and procedures including, but not limited to, multi-year project forecasts, sourcing, production planning, negotiations, procurement, logistics, quality, distribution, and heavy communication/alignment with internal and external NTT GDC stakeholders Ensure all OFCI equipment orders are made on time to meet schedule, actively mitigate late equipment deliveries and ensure high rate of on time delivery. Partner with project controls and finance to share procurement status, budget utilization, equipment installation progress, ensuring transparency and cost accountability. Manage impact of project specific design changes with suppliers and ensure fair and reasonable equipment pricing as a core business function Anticipate issues in advance to prevent potential impacts, internally and externally to drive business decisions. This includes an in-depth understanding of the market environment and current events. Monitor and populate key performance indicators (KPI’s) in support of the global standard for OFCI equipment. Measure performance against these KPIs and collaborate with global category managers to evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement Employ an analytics-based approach to support executive briefings and decision making along with capturing complex project data into program dashboard outputs. Collaborate with Global OFCI Category Managers to identify demand, qualify, and execute selection of suppliers to deliver equipment and services to NTT GDC construction portfolio; support development of supplier allocation methodologies and regular business reviews with vendors to provide feedback and continuously improve supplier performance. Be the first level escalation for all project OFCI concerns including vendor or overall supply chain issues (change orders, late deliveries, disputes, invoice accuracy, etc.); investigate, respond, and bring closure to suppliers, buyer’s agent, or other internal stakeholders. Team with Critical Facilities Engineering and Operations groups to communicate extending lead times and obsolescence of components within supply chain activities. Be in the loop and ahead of upcoming or pending design changes which will impact OFCI equipment. Support internal GDC team(s) to renegotiate, extend options, renew, and discontinue supplier framework agreements as required and issue equipment orders under those framework agreements. Ensure OFCI suppliers’ readiness and capability for all commissioning schedule and quality requirements. Ensure OFCI supplier clarity, alignment and ability to deliver on all project deliverables Coordinate with Global Category Managers and GDC stakeholders on supply chain functions including demand planning, sourcing strategies, vendor selection, allocation strategies, mitigating late deliveries, ensuring market pricing Drive digital transformation of the capital equipment supply chain through advanced planning tools and analytics Knowledge and Attributes Demonstrates a working knowledge of best practice procurement processes for Mechanical, Electrical and Data Center-specific equipment and support services. Possesses industry expertise negotiating Agreement terms and conditions, pricing, cost adjustments, supplier qualification processes, vendor selection, account relationship development, logistics, and sourcing. Superior communication and analytical skills to prepare and present product demand forecasts to best meet company strategic plan and roadmaps. Presentation skills must include familiarity with presenting complex options and alternatives to Senior Management team for decisions and support of overall program goals. Overall knowledge and expertise in Data Center construction is strongly preferred. Proven facilitation skills between supplier and Buyer’s Agent (General Contractor). Excellent data driven problem solving skills. Proven history of year-over-year (YOY) cost and/or time to market (TTM) reductions through continual improvement or innovation. Able to work in a team environment. Even-tempered and able to work through conflict with others. Manage stress and/or fast pace effectively Academic Qualifications & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field; master’s degree preferred. Minimum of five years of procurement and supply chain management required, preferably in a product/category, and program management level; MUST have no less than two years in mission critical/data center construction support including Capital Equipment procurement, and program leadership. Demonstrated success managing multimillion-dollar CAPEX portfolios and large-scale supplier agreements. Experience working with electrical and/or mechanical system suppliers, with additional specific experience with system integrators (modules, skids, etc.) required. LEAN/Six Sigma training PMP (Project Management Professional) CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) Required Experiences 10+ years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or project management Experience managing capital equipment or MEP procurement in data center construction, hyperscale, industrial, mission-critical environments. Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management. Knowledge of construction sequencing, logistics coordination, and project controls. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), construction management tools (Primavera, Procore), and digital procurement platforms. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. Understanding of sustainability and ESG requirements within capital supply chains. Physical Requirements Frequently move about inside and outside of data center / facility Remain stationery for long periods of time. Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment. Perform work during US business hours and global time zones Familiarity with construction sites and factory hazards and ability to navigate project sites safely and in control Work Conditions & Other Requirements Attend meetings onsite at a data center location Travel required 25% of time. Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection Must be comfortable working in a highly critical, fast paced environment with shifting priorities. Must be available by phone during assigned work schedule and after hours for emergency situations. On occasions, must be willing to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, late nights, holidays, and on-call support. Must wear close-toed shoes with solid leather or composite sole or steel toed boots as needed in construction environment Compensation Pay Range "This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device. NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $160,00 - $190,000.00. All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance. Your role at a glance The Director, Telemetry Engineering and Operations is responsible for the strategy, engineering, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the organizations Operational Technology telemetry platforms. This role leads the teams responsible for acquiring, processing, and delivering operational data from facility systems while ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and lifecycle management of telemetry services. Working closely with Operational Technology Architecture, Operational Data Platforms, Data Center Operations, Product, and other business stakeholders, the Director ensures telemetry capabilities support operational excellence and enable trusted operational data for internal and external consumers. The role establishes technical direction for telemetry engineering, drives platform standardization, and leads the delivery of resilient, highly available telemetry services across the enterprise. What we are looking for Key Responsibilities: Lead the engineering, implementation, operation, and lifecycle management of enterprise telemetry platforms and services. Establish the technical strategy, standards, and operational roadmap for telemetry capabilities in alignment with business objectives and architectural direction. Ensure the availability, performance, security, scalability, and reliability of telemetry infrastructure and operational data collection services. Ensure the onboarding, integration, and standardization of operational systems and data sources into enterprise telemetry platforms. Collaborate with Operational Technology Architecture to implement scalable, supportable, and maintainable telemetry solutions. Partner with Operational Data Platforms to enable reliable, secure, and timely delivery of operational data to enterprise applications, customer-facing services, and analytics platforms. Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing telemetry engineering and operations team while fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement. Establish operational processes, monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and lifecycle management practices for telemetry services. Evaluate commercial technologies and emerging capabilities to improve telemetry platforms while balancing innovation, operational stability, and long-term supportability. Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational standards, and platform documentation supporting enterprise telemetry services. Knowledge & Attributes: Working knowledge of enterprise telemetry platforms, operational technology systems, systems integration, operational data collection, and platform lifecycle management. Ability to lead technical teams, establish operational standards, drive platform reliability, and collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, product, and business organizations. Knowledge of Ignition SCADA platform (Inductive Automation) and Niagara Framework (Tridium) Knowledge of MQTT telemetry architectures and broker technologies Knowledge of industrial protocols (BACnet, Modbus, SNMP, OPC-UA) Knowledge of EPMS/BMS platforms and field device integration Knowledge of SQL-based data platforms and historian systems Knowledge of OT/IT network infrastructure and secure communications (TLS) Knowledge of telemetry data modeling, normalization, and ingestion pipelines Knowledge of large-scale, multi-site OT telemetry deployments Knowledge of data center infrastructure systems (UPS, generators, cooling, PDUs) Knowledge of ISA-95 and IEC 62443 architecture and OT security principles Knowledge of cloud IoT platforms (Azure IoT, AWS IoT) Knowledge of system integration, commissioning, and operational monitoring Academic Qualifications & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Automation, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered. Industry certifications related to cloud platforms, industrial automation, systems engineering, or operational technology. Leadership or project delivery certifications are considered an asset. Required Experience: 10+ years of experience in Operational Technology, industrial automation, telemetry engineering, systems engineering, or related technical disciplines. Experience leading engineering and operational teams supporting highly available technology platforms. Experience implementing and operating enterprise telemetry or industrial monitoring solutions. Experience integrating operational technology systems with enterprise applications, cloud services, and operational data platforms. Experience establishing operational processes, monitoring practices, platform lifecycle management, and service reliability. Experience leading technical modernization initiatives and evaluating commercial technology solutions. Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and delivering operational technology capabilities within complex enterprise environments. Physical Requirements: Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending. Able to hear and speak into a telephone. Close visual work on a computer terminal. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required to operate computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments. Work Conditions & Other Requirements: Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as business needs require. Participation in technical planning sessions, site visits, industry conferences, and vendor engagements. Ability to support critical initiatives outside normal business hours when required. Occasional visits to operational facilities and technical environments requiring adherence to applicable safety and security procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. UID: 3310 Compensation Pay Range For roles residing in the US, we share pay and benefit levels to support pay transparency requirements. For other countries, we are more than happy to share our competitive pay and benefit levels during the interview process. This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable. NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $218,800 - $312,500. All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
