This role involves a blend of Scrum Master and Project Manager responsibilities, focusing on delivering projects in a semi-agile environment. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in similar roles and possess strong skills in project coordination and delivery. Role Responsibilities • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles. • Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership teams. • Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution. • Oversee integration tasks, particularly with HL7 and Managed File Transfer technologies. • Work within healthcare settings, preferably with knowledge of health hospital applications. • Track progress of interface delivery and coordinate daily calls with the development team.
