About the Role We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Immigration Attorney (Spanish/English) to serve as the legal authority within our Intake Department. You will conduct high-volume strategy consultations, assess legal eligibility, outline immigration roadmaps, and provide clear, honest case evaluations. Once a client retains the firm, ongoing case management and filings are handled by our legal teams. Requirements: • J.D. from an accredited law school • Active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction (immigration is federal) • Minimum 3 years of immigration law experience (required) • At least 1 year of removal defense experience strongly preferred • Spanish fluency required • Strong issue-spotting and consultation skills • Comfortable in a structured, metrics-informed environment • Ability to remain composed during emotionally charged consultations • Experience with case management systems (Filevine preferred) • Experience in high-volume immigration environments • Strong consultation and client-facing skills • Desire for a sustainable, long-term role focused on strategy What Makes This Role Different • No personal caseload • No court appearances • No ongoing case deadlines • No direct case management • Predictable schedule • Focus on legal strategy and consultation only Schedule 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Arizona Time Must be able to consistently work Arizona business hours. This role is remote if you reside outside of Arizona. Role Objective The Project Manager Supervisor leads a team of certified Project Managers who collectively manage active immigration cases. This role ensures every case moves systematically through its lifecycle, deadlines are met, quality standards are maintained, and our 24-hour operations model functions seamlessly across time zones. The Project Manager Supervisor will develop, coach, and supervise Project Managers who orchestrate workflows between attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and clients. They'll ensure their team follows systematic processes, maintains accountability, identifies bottlenecks proactively, and continuously improves operational efficiency.
