Designing, integrating, and enforcing end-to-end operational processes across the organization, including system integration and field execution. | Extensive experience with ServiceTitan workflow design, cross-departmental process leadership, and field operations credibility. | Operations Integration Manager (Enterprise Process & Field Execution) Role Summary The Operations Integration Manager is a senior operational leader responsible for designing, integrating, and enforcing end-to-end operational processes across the entire organization. This role owns how work flows integrate from marketing through call intake, dispatch, field execution, job closeout, billing, and reporting—ensuring alignment across people, systems, and departments. While ServiceTitan is a critical platform within the operation, this role extends well beyond CRM configuration. The Operations Integration Manager ensures that all operational systems, teams, and field execution operate as one cohesive engine with processes that scale, are measurable, and are consistently followed in real-world conditions. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Process Architecture & Ownership • Own the full operational process lifecycle from lead intake to post-job follow-up. • Design cross-functional workflows with clear ownership, handoffs, and system touchpoints. • Eliminate operational silos by aligning departmental processes. ServiceTitan & Core Systems Ownership • Design and implement end-to-end workflows in ServiceTitan. • Ensure ServiceTitan supports the desired operating model. • Maintain data accuracy and operational integrity. • Take Operational lead on any new ServiceTitan onboardings Systems Integration Beyond ServiceTitan • Coordinate operational alignment across CRM, accounting, payroll, inventory, and marketing systems. • Validate accurate data flow between systems to support financial and operational reporting. • Identify gaps in tools, integrations, or automation. • Identify operational gaps that cause lost revenue, unnecessary expenses, or inefficient use of labor. Field Execution & Adoption • Translate designed processes into executable field standards. • Lead in-field rollouts, ride-alongs, and technician coaching. • Ensure processes designed in the office work in real field conditions. Operational Standardization & Scalability • Create standardized, repeatable processes across teams or locations. • Replace tribal knowledge with documented SOPs. • Support growth without operational chaos. Change Leadership & Accountability • Lead process changes from concept through adoption. • Drive discipline through training, measurement, and accountability. • Partner with leaders to correct non-compliance. Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement • Ensure operational data reflects field reality. • Define KPIs and reporting frameworks with leadership. • Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications • Advanced hands-on experience with ServiceTitan workflow design and implementation • Proven experience leading cross-department operational processes • Strong field operations background with technician credibility • High-level operator mindset with tactical execution ability • Excellent communication, documentation, and change leadership skills

The ideal candidate is comfortable switching between strategy and execution, partnering closely with Integrations, Marketing, Call Center, and other technology teams, while maintaining a “nothing is too small” hands-on mindset.
