IT Operations Manager Location Onsite - 4 Days per Week (Primary IT presence for the Branch Service Center) Reports To Director of IT / CIO / VP of Technology Role Summary The IT Operations Manager is a hands-on, tactical technology leader responsible for the day-to-day operation, reliability, and security of enterprise technology across 23 brands. This role owns operational execution across Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints, networking, applications, and infrastructure, while also serving as the primary on-site IT leader for the Branch Service Center (BSC). The focus of this role is operational excellence-ensuring technology works, scales, and supports the business. The ideal candidate is comfortable switching between strategy and execution, partnering closely with Integrations, Marketing, Call Center, and other technology teams, while maintaining a "nothing is too small" hands-on mindset. Key Responsibilities • Own and execute daily IT operations across all brands • Ensure stability and performance of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoints (including Intune), Cisco Meraki networking, and core applications • Serve as primary operational owner of Microsoft 365 • Oversee endpoint lifecycle management • Enforce security best practices across identity, endpoint, and network layers • Partner with Integrations, Marketing, and Call Center technology teams • Manage MSPs and technology vendors • Execute hands-on IT integration during M&A • Provide on-site IT leadership and escalation support for the Branch Service Center Required Qualifications • 7+ years of hands-on IT operations experience • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 as an operational platform • Experience with Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint management • Working knowledge of Cisco Meraki networking • Experience managing MSPs and vendors • Experience supporting M&A integrations • Comfortable in a hands-on, operational role Preferred Qualifications • Experience in multi-brand or PE-backed environments • Familiarity with call center and frontline workforce technology • Strong documentation and process-building skills What Success Looks Like • Reliable IT operations across all brands • Clean, secure, and well-governed Microsoft 365 environment • Strong cross-functional technology partnerships • Trusted on-site IT presence • Smooth execution of acquisitions and integrations
