Duties/Responsibilities: Working for the QA Lead, the Tester Level 2 will: • Demonstrate good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in Daily stand-up meetings/Iteration Planning/Backlog refinement sessions and provide inputs as required. • Demonstrate knowledge and experience developing and executing Automated framework and test scripts. • Develop Testing artifacts (Sprint/Iteration level Workstream/Project level Test plans, Test scenarios, Test cases, Test scripts). • Perform test execution following the standards and guidelines established by the project. • Log defects and track resolution following the IES Defect Management process. • ssist with and coordinate Iteration review sessions (demo), Exploratory Testing and User Acceptance Testing with Business users. • Coordinate and Assist with Performance testing, Vulnerability / Security testing and other non-functional testing activities. • Establish schedules and estimates and adhere to Iteration timelines. • Report project activities to management, including progress, risks, mitigations, issues, resolutions, successes, and lessons learned. • Understand and adhere to project timelines and priorities.

Manage Medicaid Data Warehouse IT projects using formal PMBOK-based methodologies, ensuring alignment with Enterprise Portfolio Management Office standards and stakeholder communication. | Requires 7+ years managing IT projects with executive stakeholder interaction, 5+ years healthcare Medicaid/Medicare IT project experience, PMP certification, and experience with Microsoft Project and government agencies. | HBITS-07-14282 Description: The Medicaid Data Warehouse (MDW) is the primary repository for Medicaid in New York State and is the main provider of Business Intelligence about Medicaid Data. The Bureau is comprised of two functional areas, the Medicaid Data Warehouse (MDW) and the Medicaid Analytics Performance Portal (MAPP). The MDW includes the Medicaid Information Services Center, a Data Warehouse, business Intelligence capabilities, reporting capabilities, and user support and litigation requests. MAPP includes Health Homes and Value Based Payment (VBP) projects Day-to-Day tasks: The Project Manager will work closely with Medicaid Data Warehouse (MDW) program staff to provide project management to projects within the MDW.
