Full Description

HBITS-07-14313 Day-to-day tasks: Specific activities to be performed include, but are not limited, to: • Provide regular status updates to management on various projects and keep them abreast of risk, issues and mitigation plans • Research, and document resolution of requirements, technical design comments, defects and gaps with business and vendor staff • Evaluate design, development, testing, and confirm that results are consistent with the system or business processes; • Analyze and revise flow charts, process models and technical specs describing as-is or to-be IT systems or business processes Systems Analyst Specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems. Assesses the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaises with end users, software vendors and programmers in order to achieve these outcomes. Uses analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology. Serves as change agent, who identifies the organizational improvements needed, designs systems to implement those changes and trains and motivates others to use the systems. Expert • 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. • 84 months of experience in Information Technology supporting large software systems or applications. • 84 months of experience analyzing intricate business processes and creating and reviewing test plans. • 84 months of experience researching, documenting, communicating, and validating requirements throughout the system, process, or product/service development lifecycle for all changes to processes that would enable the organization to achieve its goals. • 84 months of experience providing written communications to business owners, IT program team members, and management • 84 months of experience working with Health Insurance or the Affordable Care Act or Medicaid which includes Eligibility and Enrollment (not Health Care). • 84 months of experience in researching, reviewing, and evaluating technical specifications for compliance with business objectives and requirements. • Bachelor's degree • Copy of Resume • Copy of Candidate Information • ny documents referenced in the above Requested Qualifications
