You will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and creating HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. In addition, you will act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole. Identify and manage training and development needs for employees Administer HR policies and procedures Administer and ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation Support annual performance review. Implement and monitor performance management system Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes Administer employee discipline processes, Facilitate Performance Improvement Plans Maintain the human resource information system and employee database (including certifications) Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting HR functions Create onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations Support internal messaging and marketing. Manage and track internal customer satisfaction Assisting with various regulatory reports Manage subcontractor reviews and files Conduct exit interviews. This role requires strong technical expertise in Certinia FMS as well as experience working with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. Experience with telecommunications industry implementations is preferred, but not required.
