Experience with telecommunications industry implementations is preferred, but not required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and configure solutions within Certinia Financial Management Cloud (FMS) to meet business and client requirements Collaborate with functional leads, finance teams, and technical resources to translate business processes into scalable solutions Develop and maintain integrations between Certinia FMS and external applications (e.g., Avalara, payment gateways, and other third-party apps) Provide expertise in financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Revenue Management Perform data migration, workflow configuration, and system customizations Participate in testing cycles, troubleshooting, and defect resolution Document configurations, processes, and technical designs to support knowledge transfer Work closely with stakeholders to identify system gaps, recommend improvements, and implement best practices Support end-user training and provide post-go-live support Stay current with Certinia product updates and best practices Required Skills Hands-on experience in development and configuration of Certinia Financial Management Cloud (FMS) Strong understanding of financial processes and workflows Proficiency in Salesforce platform development (Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Visualforce) Solid problem-solving, debugging, and data analysis skills Business Acumen – Understands finance and operations workflows, enabling meaningful conversations with CFOs, controllers, and department leads.
