We’re seeking a skilled Certinia Financial Management Cloud Developer to join our project team and help design, configure, and optimize financial systems for our growing portfolio of clients. Work with a dynamic, innovative team delivering cutting-edge ERP and financial solutions A collaborative culture that values knowledge sharing, creativity, and impact ROLE OVERVIEW The Certinia Financial Management Cloud Developer will be responsible for the development, customization, and configuration of Certinia Financial Management Cloud (formerly FinancialForce) to support complex business processes. This role requires strong technical expertise in Certinia FMS as well as experience working with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions. Experience with telecommunications industry implementations is preferred, but not required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and configure solutions within Certinia Financial Management Cloud (FMS) to meet business and client requirements Collaborate with functional leads, finance teams, and technical resources to translate business processes into scalable solutions Develop and maintain integrations between Certinia FMS and external applications (e.g., Avalara, payment gateways, and other third-party apps) Provide expertise in financial processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, and Revenue Management Perform data migration, workflow configuration, and system customizations Participate in testing cycles, troubleshooting, and defect resolution Document configurations, processes, and technical designs to support knowledge transfer Work closely with stakeholders to identify system gaps, recommend improvements, and implement best practices Support end-user training and provide post-go-live support Stay current with Certinia product updates and best practices Required Skills Hands-on experience in development and configuration of Certinia Financial Management Cloud (FMS) Strong understanding of financial processes and workflows Proficiency in Salesforce platform development (Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Visualforce) Solid problem-solving, debugging, and data analysis skills Business Acumen – Understands finance and operations workflows, enabling meaningful conversations with CFOs, controllers, and department leads. Soft Skills Client-Centric Communication – ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-friendly terms; active listening to uncover real needs Relationship Building – establishes trust and rapport quickly with executive stakeholders and end users alike Adaptability & Flexibility – thrives in dynamic environments, able to pivot when client priorities shift Problem-Solving Mindset – approaches challenges creatively, focusing on solutions that balance client needs, system capabilities, and best practices Collaboration & Teamwork – works seamlessly with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, operations, vendors) Change Management Awareness – Recognizes the people-side of system adoption, helping clients embrace new processes and tools Preferred Skills: Experience in telecommunications industry implementations Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications Certinia-specific certifications (FMS, PSA, or related) Prior consulting or systems integration experience *M&S Consulting proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
