As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for presenting and selling to our existing clients. This role works as a key member of the sales team, managing the full sales process of Modernizing Medicine’s Practice Management and ancillary solution offerings. Responsibilities include outbound calling, emailing, assessing prospect needs, identifying "business pains", and determining decision makers, while working with existing Modernizing Medicine client accounts to close business. Your Role: Proactively develop relationships with existing customers to identify, qualify, and develop quality sales opportunities as part of the sales team, focusing on existing Modernizing Medicine accounts. Drive the sales strategy and process for your assigned territory. Leverage your business acumen to become a trusted advisor by making thoughtful recommendations to deploy additional Modernizing Medicine solutions that improve the overall health of the practice Ensure data integrity and accurate forecasting by entering and maintaining accurate and useful customer data, including customer contact information and interactions in our Salesforce CRM software. Quoting & Pricing: Execute enterprise and strategic price increases, and support quoting for CS/PS deals. Sales & Customer Support: Provide quoting support, respond to contract questions, and handle Salesforce case queues. Usage Auditing: Audit enterprise and strategic accounts to ensure accurate contracting and identify revenue opportunities. Training & Offshore Support: Support and train offshore (Omega) resources on quoting standards and task execution. Finance & Booking: Support invoice reconciliation, end-of-month booking reviews, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
