We are seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join us at the cutting edge intersection of real-world payments and digital money, where you will deliver massive impact within a small, quickly growing company. You will be a critical part of defining our technical and product roadmap, contributing directly to our core backend infrastructure. This role involves rapid feature shipping, large-scale system scaling, and integrating with diverse third-party services and smart contracts across multiple chains. What You'll Do: Be a critical part of the technical and product roadmap discussions and strategy. Contribute to our backend and integrate a variety of third-party services. Scale our infrastructure to support millions of end users globally. Rapidly ship new capabilities and features to our customers. Help drive the architectural decisions of a rapidly evolving product. Interact with smart contracts across multiple chains. Proven experience with Node.js and other backend technologies. A builder mentality—someone who experiments with side projects and has a strong drive for execution. Must be crypto maxi or crypto curious (strong interest in digital money and blockchain). Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Haves): Experience in Fintech (neobank or card issuing experience is a plus). Direct experience with smart contracts.
