We are a tight-knit team of 30 based in San Francisco’s Financial District, and we are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us define the new standard for understanding people. The Role In this role, you won’t just be writing code; you will be a key architect of our user experience. You will collaborate directly with our CTO and CEO to translate complex AI interactions into intuitive, world-class interfaces. Key Responsibilities Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the founders to influence technical decisions and the long-term product roadmap. Frontend Architecture: Design, develop, and optimize user-friendly interfaces using React and Next.js. Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead frontend projects from initial conception through production deployment, ensuring high scalability and reliability. Component Excellence: Build robust, responsive components that integrate seamlessly with backend services and APIs. UX Innovation: Enhance user experiences through real-time data visualization and interactive elements. User-Centric Development: Interface directly with our enterprise users to gather feedback, understand pain points, and iterate on UI/UX. Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade frontend systems. Technical Stack: Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js. System Design: Proven track record of building scalable, responsive web applications. API Integration: Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful or GraphQL APIs. Design Sensibility: A strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a passion for best practices. Bonus Points: Familiarity with real-time data visualization, WebRTC, or frontend performance optimization. Founder Access: Daily collaboration with founders, giving you a direct hand in shaping the core product vision.
