The ideal candidate is a dedicated individual with strong leadership and customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with staff. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day duties of the veterinary clinic receptionists, ensuring a positive, customer centered environment for all staff and clients. Assist veterinary receptionists in providing prompt and professional customer service, ensuring all Michigan Humane standards of customer support are met. Deliver guidance and support to staff by providing direction, coaching, and training. Work alongside the clinic receptionists, assisting customers with questions regarding services, payments, and discounts, scheduling appointments and taking payments.
