The ideal candidate is a dedicated individual with strong leadership and customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with staff. Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day duties of the veterinary clinic receptionists, ensuring a positive, customer centered environment for all staff and clients. • Assist veterinary receptionists in providing prompt and professional customer service, ensuring all Michigan Humane standards of customer support are met. • Deliver guidance and support to staff by providing direction, coaching, and training. • Work alongside the clinic receptionists, assisting customers with questions regarding services, payments, and discounts, scheduling appointments and taking payments. • Work alongside the clinic receptionists, assisting customers with questions regarding services, payments, and discounts, scheduling appointments and taking payments.
