Job Summary: We are seeking a Sr. Director, Regis Product Manager to lead the strategy and evolution of the platform supporting Mercer Advisor’s Regis Group—our integrated offering designed to serve ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients with complex, family office–level needs. This role has end-to-end responsibility for the product strategy, client and advisor experience, and technology roadmap for the Regis platform. You will define how the platform—spanning people, process, and technology—should evolve to support a highly differentiated client segment, translating complex business needs into clear product direction, well-architected workflows, and actionable requirements. Operating at the intersection of business, operations, and technology, you will own what we build and why, working in close partnership with external partners and the technology team, responsible for how solutions are built, and with the advisory teams who use those solutions and are responsible for delivering successful client outcomes. While highly strategic in scope, this role is also hands-on, requiring direct engagement in discovery, workflow design, and product definition. A critical aspect of this role is developing a deep understanding of how advisors, investment professionals, tax specialists, estate planning strategists, and operational teams work in practice.
